She would move pass the fading borders. Her mother had vanished, there was no finding where she had hidden herself. She knew that there was no other option. She had to pick up the reins and take her place as Queen. A sigh would slip from her lips. This is not how she wanted to take over Arcanum. But there was no other option, she would not let her mothers empire crumble. With a shake of her head she would move towards the lake that was nearby. Summer had taken a hold, making the days hotter than hell, thankfully the lake nearby made for a nice get away. Perhaps she would move the pack here, rename it, but continue to build on her mothers foundation. She mulled over names. SavireƩ. She didn't know where it came from, but she liked it. A slow smile would curl her lips, crown dipping to lap up the cool lake water. It would be the rise of a new era, a whole new wave of terror was just waiting to begin. Tomorrow she would call the pack together, to tell them of what was about to happen.

Something felt wrong, off even... She and Desiree had settled in with Arcanum for the time after Vi had chickened out on leaving the children here. She wanted to spend more time with her children... But then, they weren't really her children were they? They were a constant and haunting reminder that her wife had cheated on her... At least Vi's children had come before Desiree, and though Vi had faltered with her heart she had never given her body away. She was finding it harder and harder to be around them all every day, just like today she would slowly slip from the plains and head towards the lake. She was tired, exhaustion weighing heavily on her limbs, but her head would still lift when a familiar face would come into view a short distance away. "Basanti?" Vi would ask, wondering if the girl would remember her, if her brother had ever told her nice of her existence. Vi had not seen the girl since before her older sister had passes, since before Cataleya had fled the pain of Alacritis. Would the girl remember her?

She would not remain alone for long. Ears swiveled as the sound of paw steps and a voice filtered towards her. Dark crown would rise, verdant gaze turning to peer at bright red woman. Her name rolled off the strangers tongue as though she knew her. "Yes?" She would peer curiously at the woman, trying to place her face, but she had not seen the woman before. However, it would click in her mind. Her father had spoken of her aunt, a fiery red woman that she was met long ago, long enough that she wouldn't remember meeting her. "Vi?" The name her father used would roll off her tongue, hoping she had the right woman. But honestly, how many red wolves were running around? She would move, seeking to face the woman more head on.

Vi would move slowly, her movements fluid and languid only at this pace so she would try not to rush most of the time. Tendons had been severed in her shoulder but muscles were slowly trying to pick up the slack, her paw not moving the way it used to and shoulder not having the same range of motion. She couldn't run anymore without a lot of difficulty. But she was getting better at a slow and lazy pace. Long limbs would be picked up and placed with care as she sauntered towards the woman who so resembled her brother. A slow smile would slip across Vi's lips as lantern gaze took in the girl. She would confirm that she was the name that Vi had given her though there was a question there. Vi would pause as the other girl straightened herself and faced Vi head on before asking if Vi was Vi. "Viridiana Sovari yes, but everyone calls me Vi. You look a spitting image of your parents... Vi would say easily before lifting her right leg, attempting to show the height she had last seen Basanti at but she couldn't hold her paw flat. For a moment Vi would study the useless appendage before chuckling lightly. "I haven't seen you since you were this big." Vi would say before putting her paw back down.

The woman would move slowly, lazily, though there was slight favor to her right foreleg, as though she had some long healed injury to the limb. It was confirmed that it was indeed her aunt, a smile spreading across her own lips as the woman introduced herself are Viridiana. "Dad only ever called you Vi." She would muse as the woman lifted her leg, claiming that she hadn't seen her since she was just a pup. A chuckle rolled off her tongue. "Its a shame so much has changed since then." Things had changed too much, brows furrowing as her smile faded. Her life was no longer what it used to be, and while she had no qualms about being Queen, she didn't particularly care for the way she had risen to power. Not to mention the fact her father had tried to kill her mother... Her gaze would refocus back on her aunt, unsure of what to say to the woman.
