After leaving her aunt and uncle, Sirius had found herself veering away from the path her siblings had taken. She wanted to think and she wanted to do it by herself; she didn't want to talk to Integra or Atreides or Minerva or any of the numerous Imperium puppies. All she wanted was silence. This forest was perhaps the perfect place for that. It was dark and silent, almost brooding if that were possible. It fit her mood. If she were prone to tears, it's very possible Sirius would have cried out of frustration.

Siri didn't know how to feel. The talk with her relatives had reminded her all over again of what she was missing. She wanted to be sad all over again for her parents and for Bellona, but the cocoon of numbness she'd wrapped herself in wouldn't let her.

Confused and intentionally alone, the young Armada flopped down beside a fallen tree. On her way down a root scraped her belly and after she scooted off of it, Sirius glared daggers down at. If she couldn't be sad then she was going to be mad.

Bacchus didn't often wander off, but when he did he made sure it was worth it. Waking even before the sun had fully risen Bacchus made his way from the den and on his way from Fiori's borders. He had no real destination in mind, only that he wanted to see more. He debated about taking Absinthe with him for a while, but she was still recovering and he had no doubt wouldn't enjoy the long journey. She still needed her rest. Though he did feel bad for leaving her for the day but he also thought she might be getting tired of his constant presence. So the Armada boy would very happily take his leave from the confines of home.

He let his feet take him where ever they wished, though he was really hoping that as the sun grew hotter he would find himself somewhere cooler. He was not disappointed when he came across the cool entrance of a dark forest. It seemed desolate and the shade of the heavy foliage made for a more bearable place to be. His tall form wouldn't hesitate to continue, long limbs easily bringing him to the relief from the southern heat. It seemed that no matter how he tried to forget Regium the more he was reminded of what used to be home. It had been perfect, but was never meant to last. Bacchus was more than grateful for his grandmother to take them in, but he missed the old days.

His mind would linger on the past as he made his way through the silent trees, he almost missed the other young wolf. He'd see movement from the corner of his eye, her form jumping from the ground as she looked back where she had been. Bacc would tilt his head curiously, wondering if something had bitten her. His paws would draw him more near, though not close enough that he might threaten her personal space. "Did something bite you?"

"Did something bite you?" The question drew Siri's gaze-her face still a scowl-away from the root. It may as well have bitten her. Maybe she would be the next to go; maybe she'd get bitten by a snake and instead of waiting for her siblings to die, she'd die first. Would that even be a bad thing? It'd make her siblings sad, but then she wouldn't have to be said when they died. Was that selfish?

She eyed the boy, studying him skeptically for his intent. "No," she grumped, "A stick poked me." Sirius continued to eye him. He was big, although that wasn't out of the ordinary since everyone in Imperium was, and he had a curious mark down one side of his face that kept drawing her attention away from his eyes. "Who are you?"
