(Just outside borders - no intent to cross)
The young child was slowly evolving into a young woman. As a young woman who was now one year of age, she found it her right to take the first big adventures outside of the lands she had called home for so long. She decided to approach the north as a crisp breeze ran through her fur. "Happy Birthday to me." She muttered to herself as she caught the scent of another pack's borders. Instantly, the girl backed up and walked along the borders just to explore. She drew a deep breath, remembering the pack scent before turning away and walking towards the north.

Voltage was border patrolling...again. It wasn't that big of a job, they didn't have very large borders to patrol that weren't...ocean or rock walls, but reguardless the boy wanted to keep his family safe. They were all rather quiet, and he hoped it was because his family was getting used to pack life and getting to know their positions and ranks a little better. Maybe they were even having fun with it! Voltage really didn't know. With a gentle sigh he moved along the border before a scent filled his senses, his eyes lifting towards the stranger that was retreating from their lands. He blinked, hearing their words and with a grin he'd step towards them.  "Is it really your birthday?" He called over the distance with the largest of grins, his tail swishing behind him. He didn't take the time to think of any maliciousness the words may carry, if any, all he knew was that this wolf had said birthday and everyone deserved to feel happy on their birthday. With two paws over the border he reguarded the stranger with a gentle tilt of his head, a grin on his lips and a swish in his tail.

A voice would flood through her ears and she would look up to see a man approaching her. He was jet black with strange yellow markings on his face and black. Instantly, she felt a sense of defensiveness as she looked at him with curious yet sad eyes. Was it really her birthday? "Yes, my first birthday." The words were muttered with a certain bitterness to them that she had never truly used before. She missed them, Hera and Pheobe. She missed her family. She had all of her cousins but ti wasn't the same. She missed all of the adventures that she and Hera used to have. She missed conversations with her mother. For a time, she even considered leaving Pantheon to try making it out there on her own. "Who are you?" Her words were more of a soft demand than a question. She seemed irritable and cold but she was not entirely sure why. Perhaps it was more of the loneliness that she was feeling than anything else.
