Sexuality Guide

Because Riv likes this kind of stuff and thinks it's fun! Here's a little list and information about sexualities. You can refer to this list when making a character or if you are unsure how or what to put as their sexuality. Sexualities do tend to be flexible though ex. an asexual can still have sexual attraction they just generally don't. There are no nice shiny boxes, everyone is different. Feel free to post any sexualities you see aren't on the list!

Romantic Attraction, someone's romantic attraction is way different from sexual. A character who is Demiromantic asexual can still fall in love with connections and any gender however they are more inclined not to be doing the do. Essentially Romantic orientation is the personality and oh I want to spend my time with this person aspect. Someone can be biromantic but still only be heterosexual. Any prefixes, pan, demi, a, bi can be attached to the front of romantic to tell what a persons romantic attraction is ex. demiromantic, aromantic, panromantic.
Sexual attraction, those who want to do the do with, a preference or otherwise none. Sexual attraction is those characters will be looking to doing the do with. Whether it be for reproduction or not considering same sex couples.

Heterosexual:; Someone who is attracted to the opposite sex.
Homosexual:; Someone who is attracted to the same sex.
Bisexual:; Meaning two, either male or female attraction.
Pansexual:; Someone who doesn't care what sex or gender their partner is, whoever they fall in love with is who they fall in love with.
Omnisexual:; Similar to pansexual Omni is similar to aromantic as well, Omnisexuals generally will flirt with anything that breaths of their same species.
Demisexual:; Demisexual people need to feel a romantic or otherwise emotional connection before they feel sexually attracted to a partner. They are the ones who prefer to be friends before actually getting into a relationship of some sort.
Autosexual:; Someone who is sexually attracted to themselves, auto-me.
Asexual:; In most cases asexuals have no sex drive, no desire to reproduce with others.
Graysexual:; Much like asexual but in a milder form, they rarely feel the need to do the do with others but it's still there.
Polysexual:; Linked to Polyamorous-polygamous, polysexual will be attracted to more than one person at a time have more than one partner. Known to have more than one partner in an open relationship.
