It was finally Winter, Sora would look outside from the shelter of the den. Small white things were falling from the sky and creating a thin white dust on the ground. She would gently nudge her brother Ion awake “Look Ion, It’s pretty!” she would exclaim. She would slowly poke her head outside of the den and look up at the sky, she could feel the cold air on her nose and the snowflakes falling on her fur. She stepped outside, she would lift her paw up and squeak as she touched the snow, it was wet. She looked back at her brother, if he didn’t get out here she’d push him out of the den just to see all of this.

A paw nudged Ion awake, and the pup blinked his eyes a few times so he could see what his younger sister was talking about. Apparently, something was pretty. Ion's gaze went over to his mother, who was curled in a small ball. When he turned his gaze towards the small things falling, he would see what his sister meant; even though they were so small, they were already dusting the ground. Was it dangerous? As his sister went outside, her squeak made him flatten his ears, worried about his sister already. If she was in any danger, his family would want him to help her and get her back into safety. Narrowing his eyes so he looked determined, he trudged out into the den after his sister, pulling hone paw back as the cold finally got to him. What happened to the little green things that had brushed against his paws? The things in the distance had the strange colorful red and yellow leaves anymore. What was going on?

Sora would see her brother trudge up to where she was, she saw the confused look on his face. She didn’t care that the outside looked different, the only thing she cared about was what she could do with the landscape. She would look at her brother with a glint in her eye “Let’s do something fun.” As she spoke the next words she would paw at her brother “You choose what we do.” She had no clue what her brother’s idea of fun was, but they were siblings so they had to like the same things, right? No matter what her brother’s idea of fun was she was willing to try whatever he suggested, she would do anything to help her brother get out of that shell of his.
