After managing to get out of the frigid temperatures that the North possessed, the dame happened to come across the South. The woods that she happened to come across were dark and decrepit, a small sigh escaping her maw as she walked. She had not spotted her brother yet, and, due to the limp that she possessed from the trench that she fell in, it was impossible to catch or do anything with only three legs as she kept the back leg elevated despite the splint that Ashelia had made herself. She walked throughout the woods, the landscape itself was dark and sinister to say the least, and a small smile came across her maw. This would be a good place to make a home for herself and her brother once she happened to find him. However, she was sure that her brother would give her hell for being careless upon her adventures, but she paid no heed and trudged onward until spotting a dark tree den to rest in. With a groan, she walked inside and lied down, placing her head on her paws and watching crows fly by and hearing the sound of the wind whistling past their ears, hearing something that almost resembled that of crying and despair; however, the woman did not mind it and just focused on resting her leg before continuing onward to try and find her brother. Parting from Einarr had been hard, but the woman could certainly understand his need to say goodbye. She had found that he was right, that they were too much alike for their own good. Though they would always love each other Akemi would leave her son to go off to Imperium, wishing him luck, and instead set about wandering the south once more. She sought to reunite with Ravine, if he still lingered here. Akemi had missed him terribly... more than she thought she would. There was a sense of loneliness in her heart, but also a fire that was kindled. She was not alone. There was no sense of disappointment in who she was or where she was going. But... perhaps her pack plans would need to be pushed on the back burner. To the weeping woods she had traveled, to a place surreal and strange. She would settle to rest under the trees, single eye closed, with her thinking cap put on. She thought of Shiki, and how in the world she might try to convince the boy to stay with her. Unlike Einarr he was not strong and independent... no... he was as dependent as they came. Perhaps almost pathetically so. The young woman would let out a soft sigh, eye opening slightly. Time would only tell what would befall her and her separated child. Perhaps... perhaps someday she could form a bond with him. "Talk"

Her eyes would soon open after they had been closed for a while as her nostrils flared up, smelling a scent that she found somewhat familiar. Shiki's mother. She stood up and walked out of the den, ears perked amd and eyes not showing any fear of her as her wounded form was soon shown to her.

"I am surprised I would see you again, Ma'am," she spoke, voice not dhowing fear as she sat down and licked her paw, tail wrapping around her bodice as she locked her mint green orbs with the other woman's.

Akemi would let her gaze lift, falling upon the form of the woman Ylva. Well, that made two of them. She certainly hadn’t expected to see the woman ever again. But here she was... And Akemi would lift herself, eye narrowing oh so slightly. The other did not show sign of fear nor anger, so for now Akemi would regard her with a cool tone. “That makes two of us.” The small tan and brown fae would say. “What made you decide to talk to me again? Ylva kept her gaze on the woman, her light green optics not even bothering to leave the woman's. Her scent was rather mixed with oak and maple, making it rather intoxicating to say the least. She gave a small sigh, standing up and lifting her back, right paw as she came out into the light more, her leg that was broken was more noticeable to the woman now. At least it was splinted and she was able to save it, however, she was still in tremendous pain but the dame didn't dare show it. "I was not trying to hurt Shiki. He is too submissive and in doing so could get him into much more harmful situations. I, however, was trying to show him that he had to be strong and powerful in order to survive, otherwise, there would have been a higher chance that someone could take advantage or kill him.
