Height & weight:39" & 150 pounds

The tall male had been lingering here on the edge of the river. His red eyes saw nothing and everything. The wind ruffled his fur, the water rushing nearby no more then background feedback as he tried to think of what had happened to get him where he was. The wound he had woken with upon washing up on the shores here, no longer ached but had begun to scar over. His face was now scarred, the wound had been deep but luckily his vision was still intact. Who had done it to him? Who'd dare scar his left eye and leave him near the brink of death? It was a question he couldn't find the answer to. His memory of the events that led up to that seemingly disappeared. Maybe I hit my head on some rocks while I was out... It wasn't like him to forget things like that, but for some reason he just couldn't remember.

No matter. He'd figure it out someday, maybe something would jog his memory. He'd continue to think about it, wondering if things here would be different or if the wolves were the same. He hadn't made many allies where he came from, but then again he wasn't really much for friends.

Speech,

OOC: This thread is timed before Reiko's meeting with Hyder!

Leaping left to right, the young woman weaved through the delta with much childish grace. Her long legs making it easy to leap over the smaller ledges from one side of the creek to the other, only to run along the bank and leap over to the other the moment there was a jump-able opening. There was one in particular that was just a bit larger than the others; she stopped at the edge to size up the leap, nodded and backed up to prepare for a running jump... Three, two, one... and she bolted. As fast as her legs could carry her, Reiko pushed off of the ledge and stretched her body as far as it could go to ensure a safe landing.

Her eyes lit up in pride and excitement, seeing land approach in almost slow motion, her toes spread wishing to touch soil again - and quickly they did! Her front paws were the first to touch, and a smile graced her lips in price - only for surprise to hit as her hind legs stumbled on the edge, barely making it as she slid and dug her nails in the ground to try and heave herself up onto the bank. Come - oooooon She encouraged herself further, muscling through the near fall until she was safe on land with her legs sturdy on the ground. She did it! I did it! She exclaimed while prancing, her paws lithely dancing upon the grasses while her alabaster plume weaved in the air behind her.

In midst celebration, she caught a glimpse of something in the grasses not too far away. Her shouting was cut off immediately as curiosity took hold, turning her audits toward the figure and her eyes focused on the spot. Tilting her head, she trotted forward; slowly creeping forward toward the individual who seemed to be looking at themselves near the water. H-hello?? She tried to break the ice carefully, ears dropping for a moment, scared to know what kind of reaction he might have. Are you okay? Do you need help? I know some medicine, so I can be of help, even just a little. She kept speaking as she neared him, her ears finally rising in curiosity as she turned around him to see his face. Spotting some wounds, but they seemed to already be closed. She sighed, thankful he seemed alright.

I'm Reiko. She smiled wide, so wide that her eyes winced because her cheeks rose too high to allow them any space to open.

How did I get into this mess...

He sighed, trying to drop whatever ailed his mind, but it was quite hard to do that. Kakashi usually wasn't one to linger on thoughts like this, but things had begun to change him and he wasn't sure if it was for better or for worse. He hadn't seen the figure leaping across the Delta, his focus had been staring at his reflection in the water. It wasn't until he heard a greeting that he broke free from his thoughts, the voice feminine. Raising his head, he looked around, the voice speaking to him and at first, he thought it might be just a figment of his imagination. But when he turned the other way, a face emerged into his line of sight.

It was a girl, her pelt as white as snow. He blinked a few times, surprised that someone would come up to him like this, but for once in his life he didn't push it away. He welcomed it. Reiko... He'd never heard a name like that before, but he supposed not many heard a name like his either. He looked at her for a moment, unaware that he hadn't answered her yet, god he must look like a dork.

Finally, when he composed himself , he took a hasty step back and tried to search for something to say. He felt heat rushing to his face when he had seen her smile. It wasn't often he saw people smile like that, but he guessed it looked sort of...cute. He hadn't quite spoken to a girl in a long while, and it was as if he was dealing with one for the first time in a long time. "Ah, hi...I don't need any help. Thank you for your offer." Was that right to say? Or should he have started with an introduction first? God he felt like a bumbling kid again! So awkward...Clearing his throat, he glanced at her again. "I'm...Kakashi. It's nice to meet you, Reiko." Her name...it was so different then others he encountered. Was it possible she too spoke Japanese? The only ones he knew that could speak it were him and his brother, Quelt. But he wouldn't press it. It wasn't polite to do so...then again he never really knew what was polite to ask certain people nowadays.
Speech,

The young damsel eyed the darker shaded man with bright eyes, glimmering in the sunlight while she continued to take in his details. He had odd markings, markings she had never seen before - but unlike others, he was much more interesting to look at. Once again she found herself envying another for their unique features. Although to many her strikingly white pelt was beautiful - it wasn't uncommon. She wished to stick out of the crowd just a bit more than she did, but even then, she had to be proud of the genes blessed to her by her parents. Purebloods were nothing to sneeze at. It took generations of selective breeding from her ancestors to look the way she did, despite how plain she may find it.

Gently the woman's head fell to one side, her eyes stared at him inquisitively as the larger man spoke. He seemed... nervous? Or uncertain... He certainly didn't seem to be comfortable right now. She must be making him feel uncomfortable. Swallowing the hard lump in her throat, she spoke softly in return, trying to sound as pleasant as possible to try and calm his nerves. I'm glad to hear that, Kakashi. His name rolled off her tongue as though second nature, she was certain she pronounced it correctly. Although she didn't speak Japanese, it was custom to have Japanese names from where she came. Perhaps a long time ago they all spoke such tongue, but unfortunately it was lost in the generations come to pass.

May I ask what you are doing out here? You seem... Solemn... yeah, that's the word! It's too beautiful to seem so serious. The curves of her lips remained positive as she slowly lowered herself to the ground in a sit. Plush tail curling around her toes as the individual hairs swayed in the breeze. It was far too beautiful to stare at the water so seriously. Although... perhaps he is waiting for someone and she is disturbing his peace, or maybe he was thinking up a way to solve some kind of dilemma of his. Her heart palpitated in her chest, was she bothering him? If she was, he would let her know right?
