Things had been slow in dono, but it was a peaceful sort of quite. They had never really destined to be a pack, a thriving community. Their only reason for being was to ensure a safe home for their family, to claim a foot hold in this world. There where some times even a family had to worry about however, even if their group meetings came in the form of a party and they almost never bothered to hold training events, what they couldn't live without was hunts. Poor Locha did a lot of their hunting, through she didn't seem to mind it, it worried him how much they relied on her fishing skills. He wanted to talk to voltage about, to see if he would consider appointing anais to lead hunter where she could take on a certain level of responsibility when it came to keeping them feed. He would participate in every one if her hunts of course, and he thought she might enjoy the challanging. He wanted to talk first to voltage about before bringing it up with his mate.

Although... the request also came as an excuse, he wanted to peep in on the family, to spy the growing little ones and to play with them. He wanted them to learn that he was a fantastic climbing post, just as their siblings once had learned. He was a friendly giant, and could be the gentlest creature in the world, despite his size. With all of this whirling in his mind, he would intrude upon the family's privacy, making his way to the cave and scratching at the wall before peeking his head in, tilting it and grinning shamelessly at the occupants inside.

Gaia was sleeping quite peacefully in the den, curled around her brand new little ones. Right now they were pretty easy to take care of, feeding wasn't difficult and she just needed to make sure everything was clean. Grooming her tiny children had to be one of her favorite parts so far. She couldn't see them, but she knew them very well through her tongue. She could tell easily how much they grew day by day. Too fast really. They had been so tiny when they'd first arrived. But they were both beautiful and they were both more than wonderful. She loved them, no matter how much grief they caused her the previous months.

Voltage was an excellent dad so far, not that he had many duties yet either. But he too helped keep the den clean and provide for her hungry belly. She was still eating for three despite that they were not inside of her anymore. She was far too deep into sleep to notice Glacier's head poking in the den, nor did she know if Voltage was curled up beside her. Once voices could be heard she would wake, but for now the silver princess would sleep contentedly around her brood.
