You make the night, I always cross the line

The woman would continue to wander the great expanse of the north, her bi-colored eyes searching, though for what she was not yet sure. Her mind had, for a short while, turned to her siblings. Her litterates, her brothers, whom were not with her. She was certain that they were fine, that much was not an issue. But she had to wonder how they were feeling. How they were doing in this harsh world. Were they still with their parents, Forbidden Destruction and Deviant? Or had they gone their own way in the end? A soft scoff would leave her lips, coming to a stop. 'Look at yourself, Bernadette. Sitting here like a lost fool searching for god knows what in this god forsaken land.' She would then smile, almost a sense of calm washing over her body. Now now, she would think to herself. There was no need to get all worked up. Perhaps all that she needed was a distraction on this fine evening, so that she might be able to forget about her family for a while. It wasn't so much that she didn't love them, no. But it was the fact that she didn't want to spend time crying over them. She had left home first after all. So Bernadette would set her sights on something else. She would slowly pad forward, tail swishing back and forth. Nose would lower to the ground, scenting for something to track. She wasn't particularly hungry, but hey, she could always save a snack for later, right? |

[After she gets in the fight with Ixora.]
The punctures on Lyria were sore, but they were not as bad as her paw. It was lifted over the ground, throbbing with pain anyways. The fur around her wounds had been cleaned of blood, even if the fur was a little dingy. At least she wasn't as bored anymore; the fight had been an exciting one, if kinda short. Ears pricked, the tiny female walked around aimlessly, waiting for something else interesting. When she saw the female, Lyria stopped in her tracks.
She had never seen such a color on a wolf, or the cross marking. Even to her, there was an odd air of beauty to the other female. Her tail wagging slightly, she made her way forth. "Um.....Hi?"
Great job, Lyria. The female inwardly scolded herself. Now it's already awkward.

A voice would distract Bernadette, and she would turn her head to see the young woman speaking to her. Well, what a little beauty this was. “Hello to you as well, lass.” Bernadette would turn her full body towards the other, her tail raised some, though not enough to appear overly intimidating or anything of the sort. The woman would breathe in, letting her gaze wander the features of the other. The moment of silence might have seemed awkward, tense, but for Bernadette it was fine. Just fine. It looked like the other had been in battle recently. Hmm, what a curious sort this was. “So you’ve been in battle, hmm? Was it thrilling?” Bernadette would ask, voice almost a purr. She loved the heat of battle herself. Perhaps... Perhaps she and this other woman could get along. Yes. |
