Valentine, who is in Arc, is all about casual relationships. He's young and nowhere near the point of settling down, but he's very much in his sowing wild oats phase. A one night stand or something more long term but no strings attached would be right up his alley, if anything of the sort interests you.

Well since Sinister at the moment is looking for bloodshed possibly Maul / Maim, then probably after that little incident they will slowly become Partners in Crime? But, really its all up to you.
