Sigh...why does this keep happening and why do I keep falling for it... Once again, he'd been abandoned by his brother. He wanted so badly to just...connect and look up to him, so to speak. But Enigma kept taking him out and leaving him places he didn't know. Did he hate him that much? Or was it tough love and his way of training the kid on how to navigate? Either way, Obscuro was too young to really be around on his own like this...he was sure that one day, he'd get into trouble and his parents wouldn't know.
He sat there, looking down at his paws as his ears twitched with uncertainty at the sounds around him. He could hear the wind through the willows, a soft sound and the sounds of frogs and other things he didn't know. What could he do? He didn't know which way to go really, and he wished his older brother would just...stop. Stop leaving him like this...he felt helpless, ready to cry again at the prospect of not being able to find his way back...if only he could see. Then maybe he wouldn't feel like his life was a mistake. |

Viridian was on her way back to Donostrea. She still owed Glacier more than a few favors. While she wasn't totally focused on paying him back she knew that if she hunted for them there would still be a meal in it somewhere for her. So instead of hunting on her own and hunting for the pack that had been so gracious to her. She would be dead with out Glacier and shed try not to forget it.
Her silvery form shimmered through the dappled light of the forest, with the leaves practically gone from their branches the willows looked quite sad indeed. Briefly she'd scan her surroundings, not interested in the scenery. She had eyes only for her brother's dark form. When she found him then she could enjoy herself and relax. But not until then. Purposefully she would stride through the forests, her eyes not falling on the young boy not so far ahead of her.
