The kid had never seen the ocean before, so perhaps this would be a good start to finding it. He'd heard many stories, many accounts of all the wonders and dangers you could find. While he wasn't the trouble seeking type, trouble always found him anyway. But what really goaded him on to finding the ocean, was the fact he wanted to see...a shark! He heard that it had teeth beyond teeth. More then a wolf and a fox combined, and that they could regrow them. It was curious to know, and despite hearing the dangers, he thought maybe there could be friendly ones no? So it was here he'd begin his expedition, the Fox walking alongside the Shores of the many rivers here. The mud beneath his paws felt cool, the summer winds dying down as fall approached. He stopped a moment, peering into the waters to see if maybe this water was salty enough to house a shark. Delicately tasting the water, he paused for a moment as he smacked his lips together, a frown on his face. "Nope. Not salty enough...hmm..." "Speak"

Astrea Elementas Astrea hummed as Zori flew past her head to hunt for food. The little bird was chirping cheerfully for it being the early morning. But that was besides the point, she had just gotten back from the south, deciding to go east first she traveled past her home to make her way up the cost. Arcus was around but they seem to be going their separate ways recently. Which was okay, he seemed to do what she needed him to do, keep her grounded long enough for her to find a part of herself. She was not fully found, there was still a long way to go before she returned home to her family but she was not likely to lose herself anymore. It was touch and go for a while, she would hear the call and find the highest point to just be closer to the stars, wishing that she could go up into the sky. Now she was content with her lot, at least for the moment. she was content with her time on the earth, but before she returned to her family she had to be content with herself... Astrea hummed as movement caught her eyes. A red body was next to the water, seeming to take a drink but a frown marred his face. Astrea a bit hesitant to go up and talk to the fox but the choice was taken from her when Zori made a bee-line to the creature. She swooped close to the foxes head and chirped cheerfully, and when she swooped back around she landed not that far from him, her head crooked. Fear gripped Astrea for Zori was not a very large bird and a fox could eat her whole with one bite, did the bird have a death wish!? The star child leaped forward and called the attention from Zori to herself. "Hello friend, what brings a vulpine to this coast? You looked like its not what you expected." She hoped she seemed calm, and that the fox was not hungry.

>>So enveloped in his task, the lad wasn't aware of the approaching stranger. It wasn't until a bird cry got his attention that he looked up, peering sideways at the bird until he turned around at the source of a new voice. He wasn't interested too much in the bird, but he was very intrigued with the stranger. She had stars on her pelt! And immediately he was curious about her and her question, had she seen him test the water? Flicking his tail, he remained standing as his crimson gaze looked on curiously and in awe as she came towards him. "Hello yourself, stranger!" His tone was friendly, far from aggressive or anything of the sort. "I'm looking for a fish...um, I think it's called a shark...I wanna find one, I hear it's a huge fish but I don't know much else." Maybe he could get the woman to help him look! An adventure down the delta! That sounded fun, but first..."My name is Dart from Abaven, if I may say, you have a very pretty coat! What's your name?" He tilted his head in sheer curiosity, a grin on his maw as he tried to get a better look. "Speak"

Astrea was quite pleased that the fox was more interested with her then her bird friend who keep hopping on the ground near the fox, trying to get the foxes attention, to what end Astrea was afraid to even think about. The star child moved closer to the pair and crocked her head at her companion. "Zori, what are you doing?" With that the birds head snapped up, she almost looked ashamed as she took wing and flew back to Astrea and perched on her head. "Nothing," The bird said. Which caused Astrea to roll her eyes and look back at the fox, who also looked a bit sheepish. But he recovered quickly and responded with friendly abound. Astrea smiled at him then, for not only was he a friendly fellow she didn't even have to pry to know what he was up to. But that pleasure seemed to evaporate the moment his quest was spoken. A shark? Why would he want to find one of those? Her family lived on a beach and every so often Locha would worn us to stay out of the water. One of those moments Astrea had climbed up to her perch and watched the thing swim around. It was huge and thrashed around and ate anything that was in its way, and this little fox wanted to find one? Astrea blinked at the fox and tilted her head. "I'v seen one before, I do not know how common they are in rivers or this far north but at home we see them every so often." "They are not like small fish, they can and will kill you if you get close to it..." He introduced himself then and again Astrea was surprised, "Abaven? You are part of a wolf pack?" She smiled then her blue eyes sparkling with humor. "I can see why you where not afraid when I came up then, you must be used to wolves around you." She shrugged her shoulders then and Zori tweeted merrily. There was a first for everything. "Oh, Sorry that was rude of me, I am Astrea Elementas from Donostrea." Then he commented on her pelt, it seemed that everyone was drawn to her stars, just as she was. "If you want you could go to my family and ask my sister Locha to help you on your quest to find the shark, if you still desire to find one."

	Zori? Crimson gaze flicked to the bird, huh...he hadn't even noticed it before! Was that why she had come to greet him so quickly? He laughed at the thought, he didn't really like to eat birds. Too many feathers. He watched the bird fly to the woman, and she looked as guilty as guilty could be! How funny. He kept a respectful distance to show he wasn't going to act hostile let alone attack, ears pricking at her mentioning of what he was looking for. He listened carefully, and since he didn't know exactly what he was looking for, a grateful nod would be given to her knowledge about this shark fish he was after, followed by a thoughtful 'hmm.' So they were big then? His interest in it was still great. So if they didn't live in rivers, did that mean...oceans? He dismissed the thought for the moment as she seemed surprised when he said he was from Abaven. He nodded rather eagerly, a broad smile on his face. "Yup! I met Bass a few years ago. Most seem surprised to see a fox in a pack, I'm surprised myself but we get along." She seemed nice enough, so he had no reason to fear her. Even if there was reason to, he wouldn't be afraid either way. His gaze brightened and smile widened when she told him her name. Astrea eh? A fitting name! "It would be great to swing by! If they're too dangerous too dangerous to catch, it would be nice to see one at least. What pack are you from?" "Speak"
