Ever since the weather started getting colder and the leaves started turning orange and red, Piper discovered that leaves made the best crushing sound when she jumped on them! Especially now that it was getting even closer to winter and the leaves were more brown than yellows they crunched even louder than before! She giggled madly as she jumped around from leaf to leaf, crunching each one as she went. Suddenly she stopped, thinking to herself, "What could make this better... someone else to play with!" She squealed happily at the idea and bounced off to find someone to play with. She didn't really care who, as long as they would play crunch the leaf with her. Farore was taking a much deserved nap after a busy morning causing trouble with Thally and Arkay. They'd gone and played in the food pile first off, finding a rabbit to play tug-of-war with between the three of them. They'd gotten blood all over them. Feli had been pretty adamant that they go down to the river and wash themselves and after they were mostly clean a splash fight had broke out and they'd started playing more heavily in the water. By the time that fun had ended all three pups were quite exhausted and each one had gone out to find a nice place to sleep. Her delicately marked form was spread comfortable over a flat-ish boulder. Piper skidded to a halt when she saw that the wolf she was heading toward was actually sound asleep. An idea popped in her head and she grinned. She dropped down into a crouch and crept toward the other girl, skirting around the rock so that she was on the side where the girl's brown and white tail was trailing off of. Piper had to use all of her self control to keep herself from giggling at her own idea. She knew she might get in trouble later if the girl didn't think her prank was funny, but she was willing to take the risk! She knew her daddy would think it was funny anyway... at least she thought he would. She carefully inched up to the edge of the bolder, being eeeeeeextra quiet so she didn't wake up the girl that was snoring quietly. She peered up at the edge of the bolder that was a little bit above her head and she situated her haunches under her like a spring. Then she sprung up, pouncing the sleeping girl's tail with both forepaws and giving it a little tug before dropping back down and hiding up against the side of the boulder, hopefully before the girl could sit up to see what was going on.
