The days had passed and the charcoal female was soon upon her feet and had regained her full strength her form bulked out slightly, she was starting to look more like a fully grown wolf by the day. Today she was out wondering around the pack lands it was nice to be able to stretch and enjoy the summer sun upon her black pelt however she had business to take of this day. While she was out she made an effort to hunt down a rabbit that was injured.

Once the kill was made she grasped the creature between her jaws before she ventured towards the den that bass owned as she drew closer she stopped for a moment to compose herself, this was the first time she would hopefully speak to the male since he saved her, she knew his was hurt and was there when he was found so she guessed that he possibly would be hungry though she knew that the rabbit wasn't enough to fill him if he was.

A slight sigh of discomfort and nervous escaped her closed jaws as she composed herself once she felt settled she moved closer until she stood at the opening of the den. Amber hues glanced around the area wondering if she was even allowed to meet with the alpha due to his condition however finding no healer or other pack member at this moment she lowered her head to place the rabbit at her paws before she peered in to the darkness of the den " Umm, Sir Bass?" she questioned in a timid tone considering she wasn't sure how to address the male

The scent of the rabbit it what drew him out of his rest before the soft voice called out for him. He hadn't been able to eat too much with his jaw healing and all, and the smell of fresh prey was too tantalizing to sleep through. The soft voice of Sable then called out, her dark head peeking into the cave. "Come." He barked simply, still trying to keep his words minium as his aw still hurt to open too widely. Eyes locking on the prospect of a meal called to him, his mouth was watering as he looked at the lifeless rabbit. Would she come in with it, and was it even for him? He sure hoped so, because hunger was gnawing at his belly. Bass was unsure on how he could even eat the creature, but he was sure as hell going to try.

Flicking her ears as bass spoke she felt her body stiffen slightly before she nodded to herself and once again grasped the rabbit between her jaws. Entering the den she walked almost as if she had a pole along her limbs since she moved with slight stiffness since she did not want to step on anything or fall for that matter. Once she was inside she glanced around the den for a quick moment before she flicked her orbs to that of Bass.Lowering her head she once again placed the rabbit at her paws.

" I though you might be Hungry "

She said softly as she moved to lower herself to sit upon her rump once there she tilted her head slightly when she remembered the male's jaw was wounded and so she wasted no time in putting her own jaws to work by ripping small bite sized bits of flesh from the carcass and gently pushing them towards the male.

"This might make it easier to chew"
she added once the carcass was stripped of the meat. A soft smile crossed her lips as she licked her jaws clean of the blood that lingered there before she shifted her weight slightly to prevent her nerves from showing as she took a breath to speak once more.

" Call it a small thank you gift, I owe you my life"
She stated as she divided her orbs from the male to her paws as she fell in to tough

The rabbit was dropped by his paws, his tongue snaking out as it ran across his lips. He tilted his head from one side to the other, trying to figure out how he was going to chew this thing that was placed in front of him. Apparently he didn't have to wait long, because Sable reached foward and ripped it into small bites. Perfect, he wouldn't even have to chew. Gently pulling a few peices in, he easy swallowed him, humming his thanks as the meat sat well within his belly. Ah, to eat once more. "Thanks." He said softly, sighing softly as he felt oh so content. The girl spoke of her owing Bass her life, and he shook his head softly back and forth. "No, you're family." His words were kept simple, the painful grinding of his jaw lessened the fewer words he was able to say. Raising his golden eyes to the girl, he smiled softly. "Would you like to be ranked?" Came his question, eyes studying her. He wasn't sure if she was planning to stay, but if she was, it would be best to give her a proper rank instead of her being a guest within his home. She should have a slight understanding of the ranks, following Xae around like a lost puppy. Hopefully she would catch his meaning, telling him what she wished to be ranked within Abaven.
