Pack Creation/Challenge Requirements Change

The activity requirements needed to create and to challenge or claim packs have changed. Please read the relevant sections of the guidebook, and if you see an area where it has not yet been changed please inform staff.
A summary:
To CREATE a pack you now need:
5 followers
500 gems
200 posts total
at least 1 year old
character account active for two months (cannot have been set inactive at any point in the last two months)
must have had 40 posts in the last month (10 posts a week)
To CHALLENGE or CLAIM a pack you now need:
400 gems
100 posts total
at least 1 year old
character account active for two months (cannot have been set inactive at any point in the last two months)
must have had 20 posts in the last month (5 posts a week)
Additionally - sieges may no longer be allowed as retaliation for either pack challenges or simple raids. There must be a more compelling reason.
