like the clouds rolling by

Gaia missed the ocean, especially now as she was steadily growing rounder. One habit she had been in was to wade in the gentle waves that usually took up residence outside the caves. The sand was easy on her body, and with having to live in the prairie this time didn't help her along. She felt so much more discomfort this time around, everything was tighter and she just felt... bigger. Sleep didn't stay with her long, when she did doze off it wasn't long before she had to reposition herself. She moved a lot more, took little walks, waddled around the territory wishing for the ocean. Eventually the pregnant she wolf found her way back to her favorite tree, feeling quite tired after her mid day walk. It was a little warm to be doing too much work and carrying around all the pups just added to her exertion. Flopping down onto the grass with a huff as she caught her breath, Gaia would find herself leaning back easily. Nap time.
