Wisper didn't really want to leave the den, but Cirry had and to be honest he was kind of jealous. Ember and Gaia didn't seem too likely to leave, and his father had told him it was okay to venture out now so long as he didn't leave the beach. So that's what he decided to do. He wouldn't leave the beach, and he wouldn't go too far away from the den. Nope! He took maybe five steps away from the den entrance before he stopped, looking back with large blue eyes. He had left, now what? What was there to do? He hummed softly and looked back around before he suddenly plopped down on his haunches. This seemed boring, and he would like to go back to sleep, but he just sighed. "So...what to do." He murmured, his voice soft as he turned his gaze towards the sky. Soft puffs of white coated the sky, painting pictures he had never seen. What were those? "Huh." He whispered before slowly stretching out on his belly and staring up at the sky in silence, enjoying the relaxing feeling that fell around him. Well, this was nice.

"Speech!"

Was that Wisper? That was Wisper! Gasping softly, she stilled herself and her head turned in the direction. Ooh, she had to try to sneak up on him! She could smell him so clearly. He had to be... somewhere near. Slowly, paws placed carefully, she tried to sneak up on him. The sand was soft and free of things to trip over, so it was remarkably easy to not fall on her face... plus she was near the den, she knew the den. With a flailing of limbs, she tried to pounce atop of Wisper, not knowing if she was a few inches, or even a couple of feet off; oh how she hoped she wasn't!

... but she was.

She landed with a plop, muzzle getting stuck in the sand. She had opened her jaws wide to nom on him - oh, why did she doooo thaaat? and instead got a mouthful of sand. Flailing upright, she let out a long whine, spitting out sand and trying to paw at her mouth, unknowing that it was simply making it worse. Dangit!
