Caspian needed to find a place to lay down for the night. He'd been traveling all day and was definitely exhausted. The sun had set some time ago, leaving the night cool and refreshing to the young male. His darker pelt kept him hidden better than during the day, so he didn't feel so compelled to hide in the trees or any cover he could find. That didn't mean he wouldn't sleep protected, of course. There were packs nearby he knew, but he wasn't ready for that, was he? What if all the packs had spys just waiting for him? Caspian certainly over thought everything, but he couldn't help it! He knew everything those men said were just things to get into his head, but what if they weren't?

His legs ached as he finally made it to someplace that looked hopeful. His head tilted as he walked towards a cave like structure, thought larger than he expected. Sniffing at the area around, he assumed no one actively lived here. He was still hesitant thought and so he entered with caution, careful to make little to no noise at all. Sniffing at the air, Caspian felt alone. The feeling of being watched diminished, but perhaps that was just his fear subsiding for now. Although his guard was still high, he began to explore the cavern he found, looking for signs of recent visitors.

There was very little regret in the girl's pose as she slunk from the border and into the rouge lands. There was nothing but the faintest tug in her heart where her conscious lay as she glanced back – a single, momentarily look before she was racing forward, head into the wind and whooping with delight. She hadn't yet landed much trouble for sneaking past the borderline. Admittedly, it wasn't something she had done more then twice in her life and she had been caught only once. It boosted her courage and did a lot to tempt her past that metaphorical line in the 'big book of rules'

she had no desire to go far, she wanted to re-explore the cavern she had seen only one time before. She approached its vast entrance with a look of curiosity and delight, craning her head backwards in her desire to see everything she possibly could. Open mouthed wonder would be evident as she slipped through the towering entrance and glanced into the gloom. Her toes clicked against the occasional stone buried in the dirt floor. She wanted to explore, to see, and see again. She wished she could have brought Mortar, but even he wouldn't have followed her this far from the pack lands. Besides, she was still hesitant how far to push him since her father had lectured them both.

Fearless and naive she clipped noisily onward, and listened curiously to the echo's “Hello!” she cried 'hello hello, hello' the echo cried back. She giggled nosily, and that too bounced along the cavernous walls.
