She?d feel her heart try to break as she?d heard Saga?s words, and she knew that she?d done wrong by her children. She?d left at the most terrible time, when her babies were dealing with the loss of their sibling. Looking back she realized how weak she was, and unworthy she had been of bearing the Destruction name. She had to make it up to them, all of her family really, but most of all her children. She?d take a deep breath as she made it to the top of the falls, this seemed a perfect place to gather her babies. She missed them all so much. She wanted to know everything that had happened, and hopefully repair some broken bonds. Haunches would coil beneath her as she lifted her muzzle to the sky, calling for all of her children.

There had certainly been a fair amount happening in the meeting, Saga's anger sadly not the least of it. How long would it be before Saga could forgive their mother? The young Destruction certainly hoped it wouldn't take too long, he wanted the family reunited, not shattered even more. They should have been together after Descant's death of course but they'd surely been apart for far too long now. And so, as his mother's call sounded the young boy would make his way to the falls to find her. None of his other siblings had arrived just yet and to be honest he wasn't sure if he liked or disliked that fact and so as he finally came to a stop before her, he would simply remain silent.

The yearling needed a break from his world of confusion. Despite telling Guinevere that they'd work through their problems and getting advice from Dutiron, he remained in his own whirlwind of thoughts. Drama seemed to love Dhiren, for it followed him everywhere when he least expected it. He was almost two, and the crap he was going through was enough for the lifetime of an older male. What was he doing wrong?
Doubt and anger still raved his mind when his mother called out. His troubled soul pushed away the negative energies and immediately obeyed. He never ignored his mother's call, especially when she had been gone for at least three months. Three black paws and one white paw carried his lanky form towards the falls, intending to brush against the white form that was his mother. Oh, how he missed her!
When he arrived, he was the only one of his litter to appear. An eyebrow rose over his right opt as he realized his younger brother was present. He approached the younger male and gave him a friendly nuzzle that indicated his happiness of seeing him. Guinevere and negative thoughts pushed out of his mind, he approached Song and openly nuzzled her, tail wagging furiously behind him as he spoke. "Mama...I've missed you." His baritone voice carried over the falls, but still remained soft enough for her to hear him.

Walk | Talk | Think

As his brothers before him, Requiem was quick and eager to answer the call of his mother, traveling through the woods beside the falls that he had been tracking through toward the location at its peak where the sound had originated from. There had been no chance for conversation at the meeting. He had arrived somewhat late but not so late enough to tell that he had missed something tension-worthy. It had practically been palpable among those he had walked through to take his seat, a particular focal point being his own sister, but then there had also been the man seated beside Song as well, and the look about the woman that suggested more. Thoughts were still wishing for an outlet, a chance to be spoken of with her, and now, perhaps, away from the formalities and conduct of the pack meeting, and away from the prying eyes of their family and friends, something like it could occur.

The brown youth's gangly legs carried him up the rise and toward the peak where already Dhiren and Dutiron had arrived to greet the small white woman who was their mother. Requiem approached them comfortably, his tail wagging happily behind him at the chance to participate in this small reunion. His two-toned gaze touched on his litter mate first, offering his brother a friendly smile in greeting before he moved up beside Dhiren. "Mom," he said quietly as a means to say hello and get her attention, grinning and awaiting his chance to greet her with just as much excitement as his elder brother.

Perhaps she ought to have felt more relieved, more excited that her mother was finally home -- but all Saga experienced was a dull, aching pain in her chest. She was angry that their mother had left them, even more conflicted upon seeing a man at her side. Of course she had been heartbroken at the loss of Descant, but why hadn't she shared her sadness with her children, rather than abandoning them? Saga had hurt just as deeply, though she didn't show her own pain well if at all, but that didn't make it any less real.

A sigh slipped from the quiet girl's lips as she made her way to her mother, answering her call with slight annoyance. As her brothers came into view, she would humbly lope to sit beside them. They were both dear to her, though she had a peculiar way of showing it; she didn't think she could ever chose a favorite out of her litter mates. A silent nod was offered to each in turn as the small girl lowered herself to her hind legs, the fur of her shoulder just barely grazing Dutiron's own pelt as she reclined.

Kota does the sweaaaaaarssssss so just an fyi. Anywho, onward and to reading!

Her mother's call had rung out over the eastern lands, and that prompted the lass to answer. Heaving herself to her feet, she started to make the trek from where she'd dropped into sleep. Said place had been very near the ocean, the Kamui Delta, the lap of the waves against the beach having lulled her adventurous mind to sleep after several days of nonstop wandering. She'd limited herself to the eastern lands, at least until her mother had her pups. However, that didn't mean that her paws didn't itch to be going other places, to the south and the north, the west. She wanted to see everything, and then do it all over again. Maybe she'd fall in love somewhere, maybe she'd start a family of her own one day. Emphasis being on the 'one day' part. Tea cupped paws struck the terra with a fluid grace as she walked, dainty cranium between her petite shoulders as she crossed the land between her and her mom. She wondered how Song was doing, how her relationship with this Garthinaw male was going, and how the rest of the family was doing. After running into Fal'Dara, she felt like she was home again, despite her time away and Canta's negative emotions towards her.

Soon, she came to the base of the Sunset Falls, only to find it empty of her family. Frowning, she looked around with an extremely confused expression on her face. Where was everyone? By now there must be at leas tone of her siblings, and obviously Song as well. So where were they? Lifting her head, the girl squinted through the sunlight to find the brief glimpses of movement from her family at the peak of the waterfalls. Oh. With a huff of mild irritation with herself, she started to circle around again, head for the top of the falls. Because no way in heaven or hell was she going to climb the falls themselves, no fucking way. While she trotted, she hummed a quiet tune to herself. It didn't take long for her to make her way to the right level of the falls, and she appeared to her family with a huge grin on her face. She noticed her brother, looking like a miniature version of their father, already present, as well as her other, younger siblings. Of course, she was first thrilled to see her brother. "Dhiren!" Excited melodies would yip as she bounded toward him like a pup, aiming to crash into him with a mighty force and wrap her long forelimbs around his neck in a gleeful embrace. "I missed you!" She continued to exclaim, tail wagging a mile a minute behind her.

When pleasantries with her brother were taken care of, she would then turn to her mother, pressing her snout into the silken tresses of her pearl ruff in the stead of a greeting. "It's great to see you, too, mom." She chuckled, lifting her tiara to smile cheerily at her mother. "I hope everything is going well here? You know you just need to call and I'll lend a hand, right?" She asked her mother, once again making sure her mother was aware she would always be there for her. She couldn't be mad at her mother for going off somewhere, since she'd done the same (to a degree) and she still wandered all over Alacritia. Dual toned gaze would turn anxious as she looked upon her mother, tail flicking back and forth across her heels while she awaited a response.

Once her mother's response was assured, she would then turn to the assembled crowd of little ones. These were some of her younger siblings? They were just gorgeous! She of course knew Dutiron, and offered a small smile to the younger male as she approached the others. She hadn't met any of these siblings, but she wanted to, very much. She hoped to see them outside of this gathering, and get to know them a little better. She still felt bad for her absence, but was trying to make up for it to the best of her abilities. "Hi, you guys might not know me, but my name's Lakota. I'm one of your older sister's." She hummed happily, tail giving a few short wags at her rump. She noticed that the pale girl didn't look very impressed, but was sticking very close to Dutiron. Her narrow crown hung between her shoulders, due to her greater height, so she could remain a little closer to the level of most of her family.
