Faite hadn't known what to do with her new "thing" since she'd acquired him. She'd taken away his freedoms and stripped him of his rights to go anywhere but her side. She found herself constantly eyeing him. She didn't trust the emaciated looking brute whatsoever and she knew the risks of bringing him home. She had little siblings at home and if he decided to try and take their eyeballs she was going to murder him. She just didn't like the idea of him running around and taking other wolves eyeballs. The idea of seeing a bunch of wolves running around like Falk without their eyesight unsettled her so she had decided this was for the best.

What would Regulus think?

She honestly hadn't thought about that when she'd let her head slip and she'd attacked him. She wasn't the type to force wolves into being a prisoner. She hadn't stopped to think if Regulus approved, but considering Surreal had been the one to lay down the laws it didn't seem like she'd been overly opposed to the idea within good reason. She'd just have to deal with everyone's opinions as they came.

For now she'd slide past the borders and motion with her tail for her fucked up new "friend" to follow her. She'd already explained to him what she expected. He wasn't to leave the pack lands without an escort and should someone see him sneaking off someone they would have permission to do whatever was necessary to detain him. If that meant breaking a leg so he couldn't run off then she was serious about it. She was still a little pissed he hadn't fought back and that unsettled her even more. What wolf wouldn't fight for their own freedom? He'd just rolled back and let her Her shoulder still throbbed from the bruise from when she'd rammed him now that she thought about it.

The rest of the rules were simple. He was to help hunt, he wasn't allowed to do border patrols without someone else, and above all he was to respect the other wolves of the pack and avoid the pups. He was to attend all meetings called and help out as a normal pack wolf. He'd sleep in the communal den with her so she could keep an eye on him and past that, if he was good, he wouldn't hear shit from her. And maybe we can fatten him up and clean him. He looks pitiful. She thought to herself. That was probably the only good thing that would come out of this for him. He'd get food and a nice place to seem.

She'd stop not too far into the territory and howl. It wasn't a commanding howl, but it was forever who was nearby that wished to meet him. She wanted to inform them all of their prisoner so they could learn to be wary of him. If they didn't come now then she'd mention it at the next meeting they had as it wasn't worth calling a meeting for it now since they'd just had one.

She'd lower her head and then turn her head to look at Ritsy. "You're to behave. No talk of taking eyeballs." She commanded, giving him a stern look, before her attention shifted to the horizon to wait to see if anyone came.

Mmmm, he didn't hear a word that little female had said. Though for obvious reasons he did appear smaller than her despite being the same height. Bounding along side her like a bunny his half a tail wiggled behind him as he skipped until he halted after her call. A tongue rolling out of his mouth as he panted letting a shrill giggle escape his maw. Awwww, the poor pretty eyed lady had gotten mad at him! Too bad he just wanted he eyeballs and had been too hot to fight. Otherwise he probably would have tried to rip her a new one. No matter how diseased his mind was though, his body had needs he hardly took care of. Ritsy also noticed something, this place was tooooo hot.

Flopping onto the floor, he rolled onto his back whining. Shutting his beady little red eyes for a moment as he groaned and complained. "Too hotttt. Hottt for Ritsy." he whined like a small pup as he rolled around in the dirt right there. Who could concentrate on playing with dead things or getting new eyes when there was heat like this! The mangled wolf rolled in the dirt until his white rump was covered in the dust from the plains. He then jumped up and continued to wiggle his tail.

"Ritsy won't stop." He complained for a moment. She couldn't take away his eyeballs or he'd throw a fit! "Ritsy likes eyes and that's how it'll be. Ritsy will always ask first of course!" it was just the... non wolf creatures he'd be more willing to take it from. Unless they were dead of course. Couldn't consent or not when you were dead! He laughed as he then sat down tongue rolling out again as he stared blankly ahead.

She'd gaze at him with disgust as she rolled over on his back and roll in the grass. He had absolutely no manners and no respect for anything. He clearly had had his own agenda for a while now and she could already see how difficult this was going to be to keep him in line. She listened to him as he rolled in the dirt, getting dirtier than he already was, and complained about the heat. She'd scowl at him then and give him a stern look as she spoke to him.

"Well get used to it. You're stuck here now."

She told him. She still believed he needed a bath, but forcing him to take one would have to wait. Instead she listened as he complained some more about the eyeball thing. He wouldn't be taking anyone's eyeballs here if she could help it and she knew none of her pack members would just willingly hand them over. She couldn't help but wonder how deranged his parents were and why he'd ended up like this. One wasn't just born like it - were they?

"Why do you like eyeballs so much anyways?"

The male's little bunny tail would wag back and forth as he smiled widely. Looking at Faite, his red beady eyes stared as if here was nothing in his head. Heat, blasphemy, what kind of god damn pack lived in the middle of a desert! Well.... he did suppose he could find plenty of dead things to play with. Perhaps their scraps he'd hide in. His head tilted to the side as he listened to her only half way. Oh if she only knew the horrors he came from. Sure he had been born an innocent pup, but along the way it was like he got infected. "Ritsy can see." he answered.

"If ritsy eats the eyes ritsy will be able to see and understand strange creatures like pretty lady." understand why they did what they did and why he found it so strange. Tilting his head to be straight back up he would stay here now and be completely silent. Not one sound, his tail stopped wagging and his mouth was shut without a smile. He didn't want to talk anymore - otherwise he'd start screaming like a child.

He looked so god damn happy and that bothered her. What did he find so funny that he thought it appropriate to wag his tail and grin like an idiot. She doubted it was the heat that was making him so deranged. He'd been like that when she found him. She eyed him warily and sat with a fair amount of indifference on her face. She'd eye him almost warily as she tried to determine what was running through that beady little brain of his. She didn't trust him as far as she could throw him and she was damn sure she couldn't throw him.

He'd finally answer her and she suddenly wished she hadn't asked the question at all. His response made her sick to her stomach and she'd look away from him as his tail stopped wagging and the shit-eating-grin wiped from his mouth. She wasn't sure why his antics changed but she didn't quite care at the moment. She was too perturbed by the idea of him believing that eating eyeballs gave him a sense of understanding over his victims. She'd finally turn to look at him with a glower to her face.

"Then you're an idiot. You don't need to eat eyeballs to understand others. You'd probably understand them better if you didn't. There's this magical thing called communication. You should try it some time." She retort at him, not enjoying their conversation a bit. "How would you like it if I took your eyeballs?" She'd ask rather hotly. She hated the idea of it. It wouldn't make her any better than the one who took her father's eyes, or even any better than Ritsy. But she was curious to see what his reaction would be. Would he squirm or would he just grin at her again with that eerie ass smile?

There may have been no saving the man, deranged and something wrong in his head. Even if he did want to understand he just didn't have the mental capacity to. So when Faite spoke as if she was teaching him and asked Ritsy a rude question his eyebrows furrowed. He opened his mouth and a squeak left it as he got up and started to turn in circles. One way or the other until he sat, grumpy. As if a child had been prevented from doing their favorite thing. "Then Ritsy would have no eyes, that would be how it was." he whimpered - high pitched as he said that.

Staring forward again, his face went blank. Well, anything she said now might as well gone in one ear and out the other. The mangled creature tired of trying to think and answer the woman who had taken him to a new and unknown place filled with a shit ton of LIVING wolves. It was indeed strange for him, and it wouldn't be odd if they found him playing with the dead bodies of prey. Ahhh this would be a fun adventure, but Ritsy didn't like it one bit.

He annoyed her. She'd already come to this conclusion, but as he answered her she only confirmed it. He didn't seem to care at all if he had his own eyes taken and her uneasiness only increased. Her emotions remained to herself though and instead she'd try to steel her expression. If he learned that he bothered her then she would lose any shred of control she might have over him and she didn't want that. She'd never had a prisoner before and she didn't want to botch it with this one. It was detrimental that she keep him in check lest she have a mess on her paws that she didn't want.

"So do you not care that creatures need their eyes to see? It's cruel to take them."

She honestly felt like she was arguing with a tree and she knew that this wasn't a conversation she'd win any time soon. Still she persisted at it regardless. The more she knew about her enemy the more of a hold she'd have over him. If she could find anything to use against him she felt like she'd be better off. So far he'd only displayed that his emotions ranged from quiet and creepy to deranged and unsettling. There were times he acted like a child and then there were times he remained eerily silent. For now he remained silent with an unreadable expression. he almost seemed disinterested and she didn't know how to feel about that.

He decided not to answer her, or maybe it was his mind drifting off. Ritsy didn't care about these things, he wouldn't either even if it was beaten into him. He liked dead things and eye balls, that was just how his brain was wired. Besides where was this damn pack they had been waiting for. Ritsy hummed for a moment as he laid down, he was bored so much. Not that he could really help that either. It wasn't until he was allowed to walk around that he'd be able to kill that boredom with some bones or prey.

Soon maybe Celestial would find animal carcasses not even eaten.

A sigh would flutter past her lips as he didn't answer her. She eyed him as he laid down on the ground and she merely stared at him for a few moments. Rather than try to egg on a conversation that clearly wasn't happening, she sat in uncomfortable silence for a little while. She'd never had a prisoner before so she wasn't sure what to do with him. She didn't trust letting him loose in the territory, but she didn't see what else she could do with him. He couldn't follow her around everywhere and honestly she didn't want him to. She had things to do so she looked him over once more before coming to a decision.

"Find me in a few hours. If you don't you'll not like me if I have to track you down."

With that she headed off to do a patrol.
