She's trying really hard not to be sad. Trying really, incredibly, immensely hard not to be sad. There's something about fall, the festivals back home would be starting up. They would be having a grand time, they would all be getting together and making sure everything was right and good with each other. The festivals of the hunt, of the stars, of the coming winter. All three of them, and they seemed to run back to back. Beautiful parties, groups getting together, all leading up to the winter solstice in a few months. Three small festivals to lead to the big one, and Lux was missing it more than ever. It was such a strange feeling, but that was fine. She wouldn't let the longing get the best of her. The blonde creature moved out over the plane, head high, heart open. Something glorious should happen today. Something lovely. She wasn't going to really fight that, all she could do was embrace it. Winter was coming, but it wasn't here yet. The tall grass rose around her, and she was pleased. Everything about her was... fantastic. At least it was nice. She'd temper her enthusiasm for now. Lux was good at that. Temper everything, don't get too involved with anything. Be careful, but not too careful. Things would be okay. The grass was growing brown these days. She had things to deal with on her own. It was hard to not be on your own when you didn't have anyone to be with, anyway. Luxanna Crownguard plan comes together |
