Something that was important in a young pups life was how to defend themselves. In a world where everyone could be a danger Rivaxorus knew that he wished he had this kind of training at his age. It was worse considering the fact that they were loners. About to make a journey to Abaven. If at any time they got separated from the kids - perhaps they could defend themselves. Rivaxorus knew it wasn't entirely a perfect idea, they were small and Itsume especially would do better hiding than she would fighting but that didn't matter. It probably would make both parties feel far more comfortable for their time. "Come on kids it's time for a lesson from daddy." Rivaxorus would nudge his little girl a bit as her eyes shot open. He laughed a little as he poked Itsuki softly as well. The two were his precious children. At times it hurt his heart - he wished his mother could have met them. And he wanted to show them to his brothers before they headed to abaven. Hopefully that would be alright. It seemed like Itsume had already been over the borders from what she told her father. Regardless the male would lead them to a clearing waiting patiently for his little pupils. "Talk"

Itsuki grumbled as he heard his father’s voice, letting out a long yawn before pushing to his feet. He still felt full from the last feeding he’d had and the young male wasn’t exactly looking forward to whatever lesson their father wanted to teach them. He’d much rather curl back up and go back to sleep, but alas his only chance of that seemed to fade when he noticed his mother was already gone from the den. Their aunt hadn’t been around for days now… and even Itsuki was a little worried about that. He gave a soft sigh, trudging after his father before sitting down once they got to the clearing.

“Father,” Itsuki said softly, gaze shifting up to the taller male. “Must we get up so early…? I could have gone with a bit more sleep…” It wasn’t uncommon for Itsuki to be a bit grumpy upon waking, and he let out another yawn before shaking out his rich green coat. Hopefully being with Itsume could make the lesson go by faster… and by then he might actually feel awake and ready to play!

Of course she was eager to get up this early. To what their dad would teach them and the whispers of this moving was. She was too young to mind despite how old they were getting. Happily pressing up against her brother she tried to give him a bit of an encouraging lick. Whoever got up first could do whatever they wanted right? Man Itsuki needed to get back into the game! The multi colored pup happily smiled up at her dad wagging her tail as she came to attention.

"What ARE we doing daddy?" mom wasn't here right now, probably off looking for their aunt again. Itsume certainly hoped they found her soon, she liked auntie Kait and it made her a bit sad that she was lost at the moment. Then her head turned back to her rather huge dad. Bright eyed and eager for him to teach her some sort of lesson it seemed.
