never let me go

There wasn't true worry to Arsenal. There is the flicker, the glimmer of a care... but not the worry. He's wondering where his siblings have come and gone, tracking them without much true interest, thinking of them as the days go by. They are out here, and they will come back together when they need to. It doesn't need to be complicated. Didn't need much, as long as they were together. When they were apart? Well, Arsenal for once, still didn't need much. Never did. Never thought of it too seriously. His needs weren't at the top of the list, not usually. Sauntering across the south, he finds the range. There's a bit of interest that rolls over him as he sees the foundation of the old building, rising like a new bloom in the squishy earth. It passes as quickly as it comes on, but he finds himself wandering still. Spring sun can't be argued with. It brings a bit of hope to the air. fall in love or in lust, either one |

It was a veritable maze in this part of the southern territories. The plants were so thick at the stalk and so densely pressed together it was a wonder that the male even made it through the bramble and tangles at all. Growling and raising a fuss as his hips get stuck between two very large corn plants, Caliber struggles to free himself before continuing on through the jungle before he reaches a relatively open clearing. Toward the center of the area, there was a large stone jutting up and Caliber saw the broken trees that hung over the structure, some were still standing, though how they got to be blue and white he was not sure. Mostly the structure was grey, with some remnants of color still hanging about.
Just as he was about to turn and leave, a dark spot of movement catches his green and white gaze. Perhaps this would be another pleasant conversation, Caliber found himself still in the mood for company, and so he makes his way over to the stranger's side of the clearing. "Hey there!" He calls out, waving his predominantly black tail in a friendly manner. It was a pity that Caliber had been away for so long that he didn't remember the faces of his siblings, but Mortar had jogged his memory, perhaps there was a chance for Arsenal to do the same.
OOC: It is so bad, and I must apologize. I am still getting used to him XD

Of his siblings, it seemed like Caliber had been away the longest. Ricochet... Ricochet too. Mortar had been closer on the horizon. Things had been distant at best with his siblings, as Arsenal was fairly typically alone. Alone, but not lonely. He does better alone than in large groups, but his siblings... well, they're a welcome distraction. They're different. Blood is thicker, right? His posture is lazy as he moves, sauntering on through every squishing step. Someone was calling his name. Someone who was far away, but not... too far? Brilliant sapphire and liquid gold eyes pan the lands, falling on... well shit. Bizarrely, there was a creature that looked more similar than not to himself. "Hello." The word is singular, short, but there's no aggression to his posture. Traipsing forward, head high. It was closer to the man, squinting softly. "You look like me." Well. It wasn't the most eloquent thing he could have said, but it certainly got the job done. There was familiarity, but... where? fall in love or in lust, either one |

Cal looked the other over, there was a familiarity in his voice and face that had his mind rolling with memory. Being younger when he had left, Arsenal had indeed changed, but not so much that he couldn't be entirely recognized. "Arsenal? Well, I should hope I look like you, we are brothers!" Caliber felt proud of himself for having remembered the male. Waving his dark tail, the male looked his brother over. "You seem like you are doing well, how's the hunting been?" There was an eagerness that belied his hunger, but there was a fierce need to hunt in the company of his brother! Just to ensure the bonds of family were still strong between them.
