Don't Let Them See

Spring had come, and with it Pyrrhus had begun to stir restlessly. With her heat scent fading the female felt better, and, with Abaven being left behind the she-wolf felt a sense of freedom she hadn’t felt for quite some time. Pyrr was still young yet, her fiery gaze scanning the land for some sort of excitement. The thrill of battle still awaited her, though whom her next opponent will be the young woman didn’t know. She had to admit she was feeling a little sad that she wouldn’t be seeing Asha as much anymore… not that she’d seen the femme much even in Abaven.
The large female paused, her ears perking as she looked around. This mountain was different from the area she’d come to live in… different from the area where she’d been born. She could hear different birdsong... And she felt surprisingly lighthearted. With a soft hum Pyrr decided to sit down where she was and soak up the atmosphere. Had her father ever visited this place, she wondered? Her eyes closed and the female took a deep breath in. ‘A girl could get used to a place like this…’ |
