Injuries had come from the raid, and he felt bad about it. Not in the sense of raiding, but the fact that his packmates had come away with more damage than anticipated. On top of that, Ankaios had been absent. The star clad male hadn't been seen much and it was concerning. Okami and Arke were supposed to have been training with him, but instead, he would have to get them to train with Faine instead. At least though, they had some knowledge from when Vereux had taught them as pups. Okami wasn't quite sure of her abilities, but Arke would probably know more. He would ask them later to go around and check on those that had fought to make sure they were doing okay. Sighing, he walked along the borders to strengthen them, Kimahri at his side as usual though said nothing. Dragon was almost afraid to ask his pack members anything at this moment, fearing they would begin to hate him for a decision that had probably put them in danger. Would they though? He hadn't forced them to go. They had volunteered, but surely his brother or someone would try to blame him for it all. Was this how his mother felt when she led? It was tough, he had to admit...but maybe that's what being an alpha entailed. Not everyone would like change or decisions, but he was sure he wasn't the only one in the world who took their pack to do things like that. No, he was sure there were far worse...

The earthen male paused at the borders, green gaze looking out beyond the fields. If that were the case...why did he feel like this? He couldn't quite describe it. Two of his brothers already hated him...would anyone else get on board with that? Would they criticize him? Would they tell him he was a shitty leader? He was trying his best, but maybe they saw something else...he wasn't sure. In his mind, it was getting tiring trying to figure it all out...
