Update to Deceased Characters

Good news everybody! Characters no longer have to have an IC death thread for you to request them be set as deceased. Now all you have to do is post in maintenance with the request and voila! We know that it has long been an issue with characters being unable to post a death thread (usually because they had aged out or been set inactive too long ago) so we decided to make it a little easier to play your characters as deceased. Just remember, once you request them be set as deceased, they are dead, and cannot be changed back to a living status! It is a permanent decision so make sure it is really what you want before you post the request.
