After Schon's departure from the borders, Dutiron had decided to go and seek out his son. It was clear that Howl was irritated from the reaction that Dutiron had given him though truth be told it only stirred a similar emotion in the man, hurt by this lack of faith his son apparently had in him. Advice on some matters was approved though Howl had made wrong assumptions about what had been happening. He wasn't making an alliance as such, simply a peace agreement, a fine thing to have with so children on the way and absolutely no plans to go to war with any packs.
"Howl." He would call out, beckoning the younger man to join him as he drew closer to his son. "We need to talk." Strained relationships had only just begun to be patched up once more with his children and he certainly wasn't about to break them again over a misunderstanding.
