Ahh, such an interesting place. On top of the unique appearance of the Brifrost, it was the only place wolves could travel in order to access Auster, the southern continent... and the continent that her pack, and a much weaker, mortal pack resided on. It was quite the connector, as all must travel it - which made it a perfect place to perform her duties as scout. Of course, she didn't mind performing those duties - they were honestly quite enjoyable, and even if they weren't, she would still appropriately do her duty.
It just so happened her duty was to explore new lands, talk to mortals, and bring back good information. All of which Astaroth could be good at if she wanted. She moved a long way from the yearling that just wanted to bash all the mortas' heads in for information. Nah, she'd actually ask for it. Be amiable. She was a goddess, but many mortals still had worth - something she didn't realize as a yearling. That worth was decided on how valuable they were to her, and what they could give her, but it was indeed some worth.
She was hoping she'd encounter someone with some worth today, to have at least a decent conversation with. Here was to hoping.
