Small fluffy puppy meets big, unexplored world. What could go wrong? Eden was enjoying herself immensely when it came to this entire new continent. The creature is filled with something bright and soft, and it propels her toward the east. East seemed like a good way to go, romping toward the setting sun. There was nothing that could hold her back from it. She's too young to know better, too young to care. Everything was wonderful, and she was enjoying every gosh be darned second of it. She runs! There's nothing more fun than that, after all. She runs and runs and runs, until she reaches... er... puddles? Puddles! Puddles are neat. Puddles meant that Eden could puddle jump. Jump she did. With a great splash came a great yip. At least she could swim. "NOT A PUDDLE. ABSOLUTELY. NOT." What Eden didn't realize was that she wasn't talking to herself. What an adventure today would be after all. The warmth and depth of the pool was shocking, but she didn't mind. There was something sort of lovely about it, and she wouldn't complain. Not that the optimist did much complaining, really. It was too nice a day for that. |

The fluffy creature found herself not wanting to scramble from the warm pools. They were so lovely! How could anyone not enjoy this? It was fantastic, she decided quickly. Lovely. Awesome. Great. All of the good things rolled into one, her eyes alight with something grand. Really, this was a child that was easily amused, and that was okay. She was fine with that. A woof! Eden barks back, tail wagging in the water. Yes, today she is thankful she can swim. "Hey! Hey have you tried this? It's great!" If she'd been more observant, she would have realized the stranger was soggy. Soggy generally means that yes, he would have been in the water. Eden's head is a bit too far in the clouds to realize that one, and she's having far too good a time paddling around in the not so deep pool. Today was a good day. Every day was a good day, really. |
