All height and marking purchases must be made before the character is accepted, once they are accepted their appearance and height cannot change. So if you intend the character to be a dire wolf size that would be only available as a donation reward, and the donation must have been made before the character would be accepted. Any adult height over 36" must be paid for before acceptance, even for newborn pups.

Additionally, glowing eyes would not be very realistic and would need a mutation pass to be allowed.

Also keep in mind that new members get a single purchase 400 gems or less from the gemstore to be applied to their first character at the time of acceptance.

so I can buy an extra height pass is what you're saying?
is her marking okay? or would i need to buy a pass for that?
bc if i have to for the markings I will do that and just leave the height as is.

36" of height is fine - anything beyond has to be purchased. And once a character is accepted with a set height, their height cannot change.

If her marking is a natural gradient grey that fades to black (which is what I got from the description), then her marking should be good to go. Let me know what you were intending with that.

yeah its natural it would almost appear as flames but not as much either. idk it's hard to explain. i have the image in my head but hard to express really.

Just put it in your app here that you are using your member item for an additional two inches of height (which would be the 400 gem item). The application code has a "new member item" slot for that. No post in the gemstore necessary for this item! As stated before, no additional height can be purchased after they've been accepted so 38" would be her height.
