She was being lazy and hadn't felt like really crawling from the makeshift den. Brandr was hunting? she couldn't really remember what he had said to her in her half asleep state, but he wasn't directly nearby. Grunting she stretched herself out before getting to her feet. She then stretched out again before exiting the den. She looked around taking in the snowy surroundings and looking for any movement. She wondered where Brandr was and how long he may be out. She quietly prayed he would come back in one piece. She then moved down closer to the frozen lake and away from the den. Her emotions were beginning to become out of wack and her concern for such a small abdomen still made her worry about the children inside of her. Had she lost them? She didn't even know what would happen if she had even lost them. What signs and symptoms would she have? Shaking her head she tried her best to push all those thoughts back and walking along the shore of the lake. Her gold eyes looking for anything interesting on the shores and under the ice. Her ears remained alert as well, taking in the sounds around her. She lowered her head and began to take in the scents, wondering if any game may be nearby. Maybe she could find something to eat before Brandr returned. That or maybe she would in fact find something interesting to pass time by until Brandr returned. |
