Location: Fossil Ridge
She was really on a search for herbs, which had been hard to come by with the heat of the season. She herself was feeling tired and withdrawn and if anything more not wanting to leave her den, especially not the pack. But she was learning to let go of those feelings and actually get out and do something. But really, who wanted to be out in this heat?

She found herself eyeing a large wall that held a large, off-white object that looked like a leg bone. She wasn't sure what kind of creature it came from, but she was surprised when she continued the press forward and found even more, larger bones, and eventually more identifiable ones like skulls. Only the one she happened to be staring at was HUGE. She would just stand and stare at it in awe, not sure if she should fear if the these things lived here or it was only a fossil that had been left overtime. Though it didn't seem it had canines to eat her with, it was still big enough to squash her like a bug.

Exploring was fun, exploring to forget how you don't know what to do with yourself and are really only doing it to suppress the emotions you don't know how to do with in an attempt to procrastinate your life away... somehow less fun, but still a little fun in a masochistic kinda way. Today she was farther north in Auster than she'd been in a while. Maybe eventually she'd even make it to Boreas like she was supposed to, buuuut not today.

Today she was investigating these friggin' ginormous bones! Like, some resembled reasonably sized trees, they were so wide in diameter. Prancing through the dusty landscape as wind kicked up clouds of dust, she'd taken shelter among the bones until it died down. Rather than leave, Iskra was lounging inside one particularly large skull and enjoying the shade it provided on another hot summer day. When she happened to peer out from one of the long-dead animal's eye sockets and spotted a pale woman passing by, Iskra couldn't help but call out quite suddenly in her deepest, most intimidating voice, "NONE SHALL PASS! TURN BACK, TRAVELER!"

It was about at the word 'traveler' that she started to lose it and burst out giggling. Even if she hadn't frightened the woman, Iskra would still be tickled with her attempt. Poking her head back out the eye hole, Iskra called, "Kidding!" with her best attempt at a disarming smile that hopefully said, 'don't be mad'.
