He would wander from the lands of Abaven, having taken up solitude as opposed to mingling with the pack. He hadn't been around anyone in a long time, having gotten used to the solitude. Translucent green eyes would spy birds nearby, long legs and wispy feathers blowing in the breeze that ruffled his fur. He wanted to get his mind off the things he had thought about. He had been abandoned by his pack, and so he left. He had been there as if he never existed, only his mother and brother and half-sister acknowledging his presence. He had tried to get close to his father, but it seemed the old man wanted nothing to do with it. So he had left, and cared not if Glaciem would get mad at him. Several others had left too it seemed, and he knew it was because of the neglect as well.
His large lanky frame would wade through the shallows of the bay. He had decided to only go to the first smaller island, perhaps later on going to explore the larger ones. For now, he would walk towards the top of a flat rocky surface, the rock worn down into smooth tones by years of erosion from the water. It was cool underfoot, moss and kelp littered the grounds and causing it to be slippery, so he would watch his step as he picked his way across it. Crabs scuttled here and there, bubbles foaming from their mouths as they hissed at the dog that seemed to trespass upon their rocky shores. His was fully alert, for one always had to be in new places.
