Prey in the desert was harder to come by and she didn't want to knock out the prey that lived within the pack lands, Lirim would need them for over the winter. She needed to get some food for the pack and something to take home to her little cousins. She had been officially part of Lirim since Torin and her had returned and she had plans to fully participate within the pack and to better her hunting skills. Like her uncle she had a big interest in hunting and found that the skill came fairly easy to her. She had been used to hunting alone, but now she could call the members of the pack if she felt moved enough too.

Today she had chose to hunt alone and traveled from the pack lands towards more of the southern part of Boreas. She knew prey in the southern parts had been plentiful within the past and one spot in particular had been her favorite place to hunt. It had also been her favorite spot to watch the bison grazing as well, way back before she had met Torin. Silvery white paws carried her into the longer grasses of the plains, her eyes and ears on alert. Surveying the territory and searching for hopeful signs of prey. Slowing her pace she lowered her head to the ground and began to look for scents, seeking smaller prey that she could easily catch a few of to carry home to the pack.

Soon she began to pick up fresh rabbit scent scattered among a trail of prairie dog scent. It was two scents among plenty of others and both creatures would surely be good small meals to carry home. She started with the rabbit, stalking among the grasses and fallowing the trails. Soon she was chasing one, catching one, and killing one. Three quick and easy kills that she piled in a spot. She then took a break to check out the hole of a prairie dog, wondering if she should stop with the three rabbits or catch something else to take home.

Tyranis had wandered Westward from his newly founded territory to further inspect the South. It seemed that the area was becoming overrun with packs and it was slowly beginning to chafe at him. He had half a mind to retake the territory Ruina had laid claim to, but the mysterious whispers he sometimes heard in the shrine had been too much for him to pass up. He stalked through the prairie with little regard for the animals that sensed his presence and fled, he simply wandered with his mind adrift.

It was a scent on the wind that brought his wandering thoughts to a screeching halt, something overly familiar to a more primitive part of his mind that he couldn’t entirely place. He followed the scent with his nose turned to the ground, his tail raised to align with his back as he moved closer. At first he didn’t recognize the woman standing beside the small pile of hares, the last time he saw her she was a uniform ball of grey, but now the resemblance to their mother was unmistakable. He stood staring at her, his mouth agape as he reached wildly for the name of his lost sister. “Derecho.”

Tyranis has a melanistic king cobra companion named Raanee, and a half-blind raven companion named Moses unless otherwise stated assume they are always present

Although it doesn't appear on his tables Tyranis' tail has been docked

She was examining the hole, highly considering just for the fun of it to dig it bigger and to simply scare some of the prairie dogs. Her tail swung and a bit of a smirk came to her inky lips at the thought, but she had a bit of a travel to get home and should get these hares there before the meat would get bad. Plus she wanted to get her little cousins fed so that her Uncle could get a break for once. With Star disappearing again more was thrown onto his shoulders and she was trying her best to help out however she could. Turning her attention to her rabbits again she was just preparing herself to pick them up, unaware of her brother's presence not far from her. That was until he spoke her name, drawing her attention in the direction and for her silvery blue eyes to fall on the familiar marked face of her largest brother.

For a moment she was a bit in shock, he had been the first of her siblings that she came across and after so many years she was highly uncertain how any of them would feel towards her after her disappearance. Especially when she had been quite cocky and standoffish as a pup. It wasn't hard to recognize Ty with those eyes and the white markings that lie underneath them, but of course he himself had went through a lot of changes since she had last seen him. It was so hard to believe how large he was, how strong he looked. After the initial shock of seeing him after so long had faded a soft smile stretched across her inky lips.

"Tyranis," she started. "You look well."

It was a bit of a stupid start to a conversation, but she was unsure what to really say. She had been washed away by the rapids, managed to survive, but never had been able to find her way home. She knew it probabily had killed her mother that she had gone missing and she was sure they all had assumed she had died somehow. She didn't know what had truly happened, or the emotions her family and Bass had went through. She didn't even know that Tempest had disappeared either.
