Coughing heralds the approach of another coydog, this one a too-thin albino with brindling such a pale gray it is barely visible against the coat - the obvious shadows of her ribs are darker. She squints watery pink eyes against the light to try to see the fighters then indicates Dragon and Kai. It’s not immediately obvious if she can actually see them or if she just picked shapes at random. Coughing again, she leads them to a bunch of stones set into the ground in a ring. ”Don’t put a foot outside the circle or you lose automatically,” she says before she has to stop for breath. She has a surprisingly pretty voice for such a sickly creature. ”I will decide who wins.” That seems to have taxed her breath, because she simply nods at Dragon to indicate they should go first.

He was pumped and ready for his next hardcore fight. He managed to escape the last one with body parts still intact, surprisingly. He didn't think he'd make it this far but here he was, chosen by a sickly sounding coydog to fight another match. Taking a deep breath, he followed to the ring of stones and stepped inside with the Jaguars on either side of him as usual. Standing shoulder to shoulder, they gave him a quick rundown of his opponents size to give him an idea of who he was fighting. He grinned at the idea of fighting a larger opponent that had tusks! This would be an interesting match. Lowering his shielded head, Dragon readied himself. "Dragon Ancora, good luck!" No matter what, he never failed to maintain polite etiquette to his opponents whether he knew them or not. Kai was a stranger to him, and whether he chose to respond or not, Dragon waited a moment before launching himself forward. He lowered his head, ears pinning to his crown as he barreled forward. Moving to his own right, Dragon sought to slam the point of his left shoulder into the spot where Kai's left forelimb met the chest with the effort to bruise him and perhaps knock him back or strain the muscles. Simultaneously, head shot up and towards Kai's own head, teeth aiming to grab the males left ear. His intention was to grip and rip it up. As he aimed for this, Shiva prowled into the fight and launched herself at Kai's chest with her own attempt. The jaguaress closed in as much as she could and leaped towards Kai's throat with the intention of locking her teeth in his throat to drag him down and potentially suffocate him enough to tap out of the fight. Truthfully, Kai was surprised he'd made it this far in the tournament. Joining had been a shot in the dark, all things considered with his limited experience with fighting, but he also hadn't expected to not do well. Either way, he was fine by playing it by ear and giving it his all. At the very least, it'd be an exciting story to tell later, as far as he was concerned. He assessed his next opponent as the two of them were called to the ring, curious as to what sort of fight he'd put up. He was visibly older than him, and scarred... his attention drifted to the heaviest of the scars that marked his face. Upon further inspection, it became obvious he was at least visually impaired, if not completely blind. Huh. Kai was curious, quirking a brow at both him and the two companions that stood on each side. Well, this would be an interesting fight, if nothing else... "Kai Jarvela, may the best man win," he offered loudly, grinning cheekily, though he felt a faint flutter of uncertainty at his opponent's feline companions. Shit, they were fighting too, weren't that? Well, he had his work cut out for him, even if this man was as blind as he looked. He set his own defenses, maintaining his balance and tucking his head toward his chest, his tusks jutting out toward Dragon. His own ears pinned back, a slight snarl creeping over his features as he let the thrill of the impending battle flood through him. Kai stood his ground, feeling the collision of Dragon's shoulder slamming into his own. His body gave slightly, pushing back though his back legs kicked off and tried to push him directly back into Dragon. He pulled away from his bite, trying to keep his injuries minimal for now - though he wasn't totally successful, letting his attention slip for a moment while one of Dragon's companions lunged forward at his chest. A loud snarl ripped from his throat as he kicked forward, feeling her sharp fangs beginning to dig into his throat, aiming to angle his head toward her scruff and throw her off him like a mother cat would to its child. The pair collided, and he grunted and growled as he felt a bruise starting to form on him. His teeth failed to meet its mark and instead, snapped on air. That was to be expected, he didn't totally know where the hell Kai's ear was to begin with, so he wasn't disappointed with that. The earthen male had also managed to push Kai back a little, but Kai was quick to push back. Grounding his limbs, he kept himself rooted to the spot as they seemingly tried to push each other back. He needed to go for a bigger target, and when he heard Kai's snarl mixed with Shiva's, he knew the Jaguaress had begun an attack of her own.

Shiva growled with satisfaction when she felt her teeth diving into their opponent, but then surprised when the much larger wolf managed to grasp her scruff. Not only that, but his tusks managed to dig into her skin at the same time, and it felt really uncomfortable. Kai managed to cast her away from him, and she landed on her feet with a grimace.

Next, Kimahri roared on scene and leapt at Kai's back, aiming to dig all four sets of claws into the tusked wolve's back with the intention of stabbing and holding on like a rider on a bull. Also trying to distract him for his blind companion. Since Dragon had been grounding his legs, he got the idea to do something he didn't usually do. Dragon side stepped out of Kai's way, while also swiping at his left foreleg to try and unbalance him and hoping that the male's initial pushing against him coupled with the distractions from his companions would make him fall forward and onto the ground...or out of the ring.

DRAGON

Due to failing to post in the allotted time, the fight defaults in favor of DRAGON. KAI must give up by submitting, fleeing or passing out. DRAGON's maim is successful.

He had been successful. Kimahri's attempt at unbalancing the larger, tusked Male had worked coupled with Dragons moving out of the way and tripping him. His opponent lost his balance (or so he hoped), and the judge had immediately declared him the winner. Which, in his head, meant he had been able to force Kai out of the ring. He breathed hard from the effort of the fight, but soon regained his breath and offered a quirked smile to his opponent. "Maybe next time eh? Good fight though," Maybe they'd get a chance to meet in the future and go at it again. For now, he needed to find water for his parched throat and wait for the next match.
