Pestilence was happy when her sister sought her out - the days had been getting and harder and harder as the reality of her father's death hit her more forcefully. It was if every morning she woke up expecting him to still be here, and being broken down further each time he wasn't. Spending some time with her siblings might help her to get her mind off of the tragedy. Her annoyance and frustration grew as all Tox wanted to talk about was her father's death. Her stupid sister was dead-set on using their sigils to summon his spirit and speak to him to get answers. Well, Pesto had all the answers she needed. Dad was dead, the volcano had taken him. The Abraxas' were to blame for his being on the volcano in the first place. She didn't interrupt her sister's talking, but waited until she was finished speaking to say her piece. It was simple. "No." Pestilence responded, turning her head away from her sister. "It's all just made-up stories for kids, and you can't be a kid anymore when your dad is dead." Her voice wanted to break, and so instead she turned her tone venomous so the bite of it might overshadow the pain. Pestilence's sigil wasn't even complete - though she wouldn't give that information to her sister. She'd been thinking so hard on it, even going as far as asking her mother for help but to no use. Deslolate looked back at Theory with an expression of disbelief at her words. "Uncle Rhyme was at the meeting and I missed him?" He whimpered softly. Maybe it was because he hid, maybe if he wasn't so cowardly he could have seen his uncle and convinced him to stay at Abaven. He was so afraid that he had his eyes squeezed shut the entire time Theory had carried him to the island, scampering away to hide once more as soon as he was able. The older wolf spoke of fun things to do on the island and Desolate tried his best to be excited but none of those things sounded fun anymore. She nuzzled his head and he leaned against her, glad for the comforting touch. "I guess I'd like to fish better." He said quietly. "I wanted to learn about herbs but now we're stuck here. It'll be the same herbs over and over again I'll never be able to see them all." In the small pups mind, they would never get off this island. Azure takes after his father in more ways then one, boasting a height of 45" and a thick muscled frame when fully grown. He'll inherit the warlord's distinct markings of white upon his rump and across his eyes, and his mutated canines will share Sirius' dangerous length and thickness. His fangs will not be the only mutation the boy will grow to wield in battle; Azure will grow bone-like protrusions from his knees and elbows. They will not extend too far, merely an inch or two outwards though the length is still sufficient to help the boy protect his soft underside from attack. Lastly, while his father's paws contain similar claws to a cat, Azure's front paws are closer in structure to a bear. . His forelegs are slightly bulkier where his wrists meet the oversized feet, and his claws are long, sharp and deadly.
