It had been a long time since the woman left the pack lands, seasons had passed since she'd been out. She had been going stir crazy lately, ready to get out there and do her family proud. She wouldn't be ignored if she were more valuable to her pack family, she wouldn't feel so small. Aaliyah growled softly at herself, how dare she think so low! Swathed in smoke and shadow, the woman was a goddess incarnate. Born from Amon Abraxas and Naamah, she was from two lines of divinity. The Fallen God on her father's side, and The Shadow Goddess, Lilith, on her mother's.

Rest assured Naamah had instilled some of her own heritage in the brindled lady, though it was her father's faith the woman now kept. Aaliyah smiled at herself, looking around to get her bearings. It was a mild surprise to find herself at the Bifrost already, looking out across the land-bridge to see if she could see anyone. Perhaps, she could meet a few souls on her way to Boreas.

"Talking." * Walking. * You.
Beware: She has a god-complex and really only likes family, mystical beings and gods like herself. You've been warned!

It had been a while since Balerion arrived in these new lands. The sting of the fires was slowly fading from his obsidian skin but the memories haunted him with each and every long moment. The male was strong enough to keep his emotions at bay, especially with the arrival of Veraxes. Having another of his own blood was enough to drive Balerion towards his ambitions. He had yet to meet many of the natives but the most notable had been Des. A greyscale honey-eyed babe that had left quite an impression on the male. As of now the Vaelnaris male's mission was to meet as many natives that seemed be of interest. Anyone that had any information, pack members, etc. Knowledge is power. Words his father lived by.

Balerion ended up rather south upon some land bridge. It seemed Boreas was a larger continent that was connected to a smaller one of sorts. As of now he wasn't too sure how large the lands were. He didn't wanna travel to the southern continent just yet. Balerion wished to remain close to Veraxes at all times, as well as the coast in case other of his kin washed up. Though, his thoughts were interrupted as the sight of another Wolf filled his vision. A dark babe slinking along the land bridge came to view. They were moving at one another and he could only assume if she were paying attention she spotted him as well. Perhaps even before he noticed her. The male parted his jaws and and allowed the scents fall upon his tongue. Salt from the sea was mixed with the smells of a female Wolf. No familiar smells clung to her.

As the distance closed between them Balerion raised his head and emitted deep vocals from the depths of his gruff throat. "Greetings." Lips formed a fine line, exposing little to no emotion. Balerion stopped at about seven tail lengths away, a polite distance. For all he knew the stranger could just walk past, but he would be pleasant for now. Maybe she could tell him of the southern region.

"Welcome to where time stands still, where no one ever leaves; and no one ever will. "

Aaliyah was deep in thought, wondering just how she was going to complete her goals. She had to do what was right by her family and her god. Though she wasn't sure she was quite ready. Still, her thoughts were interrupted by the sight of a dark figure in the distance. His color was eye catching, as were the deep black well of his eyes as he moved closer to her and she moved closer to him. It was the natural progression of forward motion that brought them to meet, he was probably exploring - or some other remedial task - just as she was. When he opened his maw to speak his greetings, Aaliyah gave him a curt smile and a dip of her shadow-covered head. "Greetings to you, as well. Hope the day finds you well." She was oddly formal with him, though it was probably the most she had ever spoken to someone who was not her pack in her entire life. The woman was basically a recluse. Aaliyah wasn't sure she was even meant to be born.

Both her mother and her father had left her, and shortly after, her brother left as well. She was the only remaining member of Naamah's ancient line. She was her mother's only hope at a legacy. Her father had other children, sure, but she was still expected to do her part in the pack and family. Malleus refused to give up on her, she had learned that already, even if she was under a tight watch. Aaliyah understood, she had grown apart from everyone in her depression. It was time to change that.

((OOC: Sorry this is suuuuper late...I have had a bunch of things going on this month. D:))
