Fields of green appeared upon the female's glare, a soft but cool wind bathed the extension of grass they carpeted the terrain. Yurei had come by mere causality, after traveling several miles, she found herself in such an apparent calmness. But for someone like Yurei, Peace didn't exists, only pain and danger. A danger that could come from anywhere, and no one was age from Yurei's distrust, a distrust obtained in her first seasons of age. A time where her days were held in loneliness, loneliness sustained from her mother, from those who called themselves her family. No one really loved her, no one really cared for her, only pity saved her from being let to starve as a child, she was raised but just for shame not for real love. And never feeling what being loved was, she saw the world with grey colors, with nothing good on it. And the empty her heart was, brought her times when the desire to take her own life was an option.

As she walked, her small ears were flattened as always and a discouraged expression adorned her facade.

But soon a strong scent met her nostrils, a scent that made her feel a chill along her spine. She stopped her move, feeling waves of fear take over her limbs. She didn't know how near she was from the pack territory, she could smell its fragrance but couldn't tell how far she was from it. She was highly worried, and mentally begged for not being trespassing. She couldn't move, she was frozen by the fear.

"Yurei?" came a voice, questioning. Heloise stood among the pine trees, a stark white against their earthen hues. she appeared to be concerned for the other, her face pulled into a soft frown. she had only just seen this wolf a few days prior, told her a short explanation of Winterfell and what it stood for. now she was here, at the pack's border. or rather, very close to the border. departing from the pines, she'd walk until she stood right in front of the other young woman. her head slightly tilted as she regarded her. "it is a good thing you stopped; you almost crossed our border" why beat around the bush? it was best to be upfront with Yurei's closeness. how else was the other woman to learn if someone babied her? "are you okay?" why was she even here? it hadn't appeared that her explanation of Winterfell had caused interest last they met. Heloise frowned a bit more, regarding the woman and also watching to see what she did. should she call for Acere, for any healers or anyone that could help? "SPEECH"

Panic kept accumulating, destroying Yurei's emotional stage piece by piece, she feared to be attacked, to be harmed.

"Yurei?" A voice echoed through the air, making the female's heart pounce harder enough to hear it in the silence that bathed the lands. Her throat felt dry, and her eyes widened in terror, and slowly turns her head and who she saw made her fear drop but not completely. "Ms.Heloise..." She repeated her name, trying to hide the fear but in her speech, it was clear as the water.

"it is a good thing you stopped; you almost crossed our border" She shallowed dry as that aggravated her fear. She almost sentenced herself to death. she was inches from a potential disaster, and she couldn't help but feel stupid and in a sudden move, she sat down in a hard way. She was in shock, she could see her life passing in front of her eyes. "I am sorry...i swear i was just passing by when i detected your borders...it was never my intention to trespass...forgive me... I didn't know how close the line was..." She excuses herself not doing eye contact. "are you okay?" Not really, apart from feeling in danger, she started to feel her head hurt a bit due to the stress she was in. "My head hurts.." She said lowering her head observing her legs shivering under her.

it was clear the other woman was terrified. Heloise walked a bit closer, her head bending to stare into the submissive wolf's face. "shh, it's all right" she spoke soothingly, as if quieting a rowdy child. she hadn't encountered many timid wolves in this land yet. it was a new experience. one she was not sure she enjoyed. Yurei was not annoying, but Heloise did find positive attitude could do wonders for her. or anyone. "you did not cross; all is well." she had no reason to chase her away. Yurei proclaimed her head hurt, causing the alabaster wolf to tsk softly. not because it was frustrating or inconvienant, but because Heloise had no formal medical training. at least the other woman sat down. though still not entirely on the border. "do you need a healer?" it was best to allow the afflicted some control over what happened to them. but again, she did not know who was the healer or healers in Winterfell. "SPEECH"

"People complain for not having someoen's attention...but i doubt theyknow what the true hell is..."

She stared at the female before her, one she did meet before but it didn't make this encounter less frightening. No, she didn't hate her, but her fear could come afloat with anyone, her experiences told her no one was truly kind. Everyone could be mean if they wanted to be. Her trust was unsure but compared to others, she wasn't as scared. "shh, it's all right" Gentle vocals reached her, those helped her with the stress a bit, her heart lowered its beating and soon the fear was slowly fading away. No one ever talked to her like that. It may be dumb but for someone who had faced a childhood of rejection, it was everything. "you did not cross; all is well." She nodded shyly, noticing the female's eyes meeting hers.

"do you need a healer?" "Don't know...maybe no..." Her speech was a bit lost, lacking in some coherence. She hated to be a bother for others, she felt like an idiot. And at times she just wished to be gone, gone so no one will be bothered by her ugliness. "Should i go?..." She asked. If there was a yes she didn't mind, she was used to be turned over.

Winterfell had grown rapidly within a few weeks. It had surprised him since he hadn't expected it to happen. He only hoped that everyone would pull their weight soon enough, after they were settled in. The pups would be starting their training soon. He just needed to speak to them - along with everyone else- to find out which path they wanted to take. Heloise and Fracture had chosen their paths. And he had an idea of where to place some of the other members, specifically his family, since he knew their abilities already. As he did his daily patrol, he spotted Heloise just on the outskirts of the border and he decided to head towards her. He figured he might stop to say hello, or perhaps ensure she was settling in well real quick before continuing. But as he got closer, he noticed she wasn't alone. Another she-wolf, white with vibrant green eyes was with her. Or rather...practically cowering? Brows knit together as he approached, making his steps a little noisy to announce his presence to them. He had his fair share of timid wolf encounters, and perhaps this was one of those. "Heloise? Is everything alright?" speech action

her words did soothe the other a bit but frankly Heloise was not sure what to do. she was part of a community now and she had to make decisions for the good of all. she would have liked to have taken Yurei back to her den to get a healer, but knew that bringing a lone wolf into a pack's camp was not wise. before she could suggest something to do, Acere appeared. he'd look to the cowering woman before asking what was going on. "this is Yurei; I met her briefly a few days ago outside of Winterfell" she'd explain to the king, turning her head to meet his gaze "she did not cross our border, though..." Heloise trailed off, frowning "she claims her head hurts, and I had wondered if someone could look at her." she did not plea for it to the king, but it was quite clear the alabaster woman was worried about the loner. continuing in a low voice, too low for Yurei to hear; "she does not seem to have anyone to depend on, Acere. I worry she cannot survive by herself." "SPEECH"

Everything was feeling less scary for the green-eyed female, her heart reached its normal rate. Her ears were still lowered because of her submissive nature. She observed the surroundings, spotting some woods not too far from them, the wind messed with her white coat when she spotted someone else approaching them. Her body regained a more submissive pose, her underbelly almost touched the floor. Her eyes pointed away, as she gained a passive stage. One wolf was scary but two were a nightmare, but of course, she knew in a pack's land there could be lost of people. Would this fearful creature be able to join one? Would she hold on? The answer may come if she gave it a try but would she make it? Time will tell.

"Heloise? Is everything alright?" A masculine voice echoed, as she lifted her body a bit. But she still wanted to be seen smaller. The Heloise spoke again. "this is Yurei; I met her briefly a few days ago outside of Winterfell" Her potential first friend introduced her, giving an introduction of when they crossed paths. She didn't say anything in response she didn't want to mess with anything, she wasn't a pack wolf and never had been one, so the pack system was out of her knowledge so leaving some who already was seemed wiser for her. She would talk if asked to.

"she claims her head hurts, and I had wondered if someone could look at her." Her ears lowered more in embarrassment. "You don't have to... I don't wish to be a bother..." She added in a low voice, her fear was raising again making her speech fractured. "she does not seem to have anyone to depend on, Acere. I worry she cannot survive by herself." She didn't speak about that. But deep in her head, she wished to be eaten by the earth.

Heloise explained the situation, who the stranger was, and more. He calmly gazed at the pair, attention shifting quietly to Yurei. He reminded her of Tana in a way...helpless, scared...he frowned slightly when his thoughts briefly went to Tana. She hadn't shown up yet, and he wondered if she had changed her mind or if something happened. He would have to go and look for her later to see if she was alright, but for now this was his main concern. "It's no bother at all, Yurei. If you need help, then we will offer help..." He drifted into thought for a moment, mulling over Heloise's words. If she didn't think Yurei would survive by herself, perhaps the best course of action would be to help her until she could.

"Do you have anywhere to go tonight? Family?" He doubted she did, but he wanted to ask to see if she truly was alone. She looked scared and uncertain, and he knew she likely didn't have anywhere else to go. He felt that what Heloise had said was true, and he could tell just by looking at the alabaster female. Whatever the case, he would offer his help where he could.

Heloise knew that Acere would want to assist Yurei. he was a good man, and a compassionate leader. she silently dipped her head to the king, thanking him. she would have felt terrible if she had to run the young woman off. it seemed the king did not care she was so close to the border as well. at the mention of having a place to stay, her ears piqued forward. "if Yurei allows it, she may rest in my den if she has nowhere else to go." the alabaster woman offered, eyes straying to the other. there was plenty of room, especially since she was a bachelorette. no one else lived with her. she only hoped the woman wouldn't be offended by her asking. she seemed to be less timid with Heloise's kindness, but you never knew what a person really thought. "I do not mind" she'd add in with a soft smile. Acere probably knew her den was located outside in the pines. Yurei would be in the border, yes, but she would also be kept away from the other members of Winterfell. just in case the timid woman felt overwhelmed by their numbers. no doubt some curious folk would wander close to see who the other was, but Heloise would be ready to deter them. that is, if Acere allowed her to house the other woman. "SPEECH"

As minutes passed, the thrill invaded the female's chest, the more it passed the more she felt scared of rejection. The rejection was something she was used to but it didn't mean she liked it. She would have her heart dying, a hearth who probably wouldn't take one more hit like this. If she was rejected again, she wouldn't think straight after that. But for her relief, an answer came soon.

"It's no bother at all, Yurei. If you need help, then we will offer help..." "T...Thank you..." She managed to express with some difficulty to speak clear, as fear had affected her ability to speak like always. "Do you have anywhere to go tonight? Family?" She moved her head negatively, she didn't have a family besides her, they abandoned her when they could. Tho she didn't say it out loud, feeling that information was irrelevant, no one would care about it, or that's what she thought.

Then Heloise spoke after. "if Yurei allows it, she may rest in my den if she has nowhere else to go." Her eyes widened in surprise for such offering, an offering no one ever did to her. She didn't know what to say, she was speechless but not wanting to appear rude by not responding she was ready to say. "Are you sure?..." She asked wanting to make sure. "I...dont mind...eaither...aslong as you are...sure of it..." She added trying to stay calm.

"if Yurei allows it, she may rest in my den if she has nowhere else to go." Crimson gaze looked from Heloise, to Yurei as the pair waited for an answer. He would be okay with providing the woman with the help she needed, and should she wish to stay for the long run, he would be alright with that, too. Though he didn't set his expectations that far just yet, and instead just focused on getting her the assistance she needed. And it seemed Heloise was more than ready to provide that assistance as well. Yurei seemed genuinely surprised by Heloise's offer, and he was curious about her story. He wouldn't press her for it now, of course. He could tell she was struggling with something though, and he didn't want her to make her feel uncomfortable. Or at least, not anymore than she might already be feeling. "Since Heloise is willing to take on a roommate," He glanced at the white she-wolf and winked, "You are welcome to stay as long as you'd like. No strings attached." He said gently to the fearful she-wolf. speech action

"I do not mind, Yurei" she smiled warmly at the fearful woman. Heloise did not talk to hear herself speak; if she hadn't been sure about it, she would not have offered. her den was large enough for two people. she was a smaller wolf than the titans in these lands after all. it was plenty big enough to take a roomate. her head turned to Acere, dipping her head at his kindness. "this is Acere, Winterfell's king. he is a good man, and would not go back on his word." she never introduced the man to Yurei. this she knew. this she believed in. she had nothing else in Winterfell save for the faith she had for Acere and the people of the pack. "come, I shall show you to the den. you may rest there" Heloise added in, turning on the spot and waiting for the other woman to fall in step with her. she wanted to say Yurei would be safe there, but did not want to berate the other woman more than she felt herself. "thank you, Acere." she added to the king, her blue eyes meeting his red ones. "SPEECH"

Her small ears remained flattened in submission, a display of who she was, a wolf far from secure, a wolf with not self-love, One who never saw her world in a positive light. But this new experience would surely be a long road, a road where she was aware she was going to struggle for a long time. Packs were her biggest fear, groups could bring her to her knees. She wasn't a fan of being surrounded by many, always fearing to be mistreated, a mistreat she was used to even as a child. As the wait took place, she didn't dare to do eye contact with the male. She was afraid of doing so, reason or not she couldn't help it. "Since Heloise is willing to take on a roommate," She in a slow way looked at Acere but never holding a gaze for too long.  "You are welcome to stay as long as you'd like. No strings attached ." I...am honored...thank you so...much." The struggle to talk properly was consuming her lips, fear was her worst enemy along with side sadness. "this is Acere, Winterfell's king. he is a good man, and would not go back on his word." Heloise explained to her. She didn't know what to think, all this time she has been talking the king as normal, and there she felt like dying. She felt dumb, like a fool by not showing respect. She didn't say anything in the next few minutes as she felt unworthy to speak upon her now king. She was a no one, trash. The trash everyone always called her as. "come, I shall show you to the den. you may rest there" Yurei nodded as her facade expressed shyness. Turns and with Heloise's sign, she attempted to walk up to her wanting to go with her. "Thank you...My king." She thanked bowing her head to Acere before looking back at the other ivory wolf waiting for her to lead the way. "Can you see me?" OC: Feel free to pp Yurei following Heloise
