H paced the battlefield, not yet done and restless. There were still battles to be fought, and he didn’t rest for a second. He waited for his next challenger to appear, glacial eyes on the field ahead of him as he waited to be approached. Someone, somewhere, would find him, and try for a fight, or so he hoped, his heart racing as blood pounded in his ears like a war drum. His fur was still unwashed and hung off him in wild tangles waiting to be tamed by the next river he stepped into, but for now he carried with him the musk of a warrior, who had not slept or ate since entering the battlefield. speaking

Something had taken over him recently. He had found himself encountering more and more predators in the face of protecting strangers, yet somehow the violence seemed to have become addicting. It was quiet today and that was reason enough for him to find a cure for such boredom, his limbs working to bring him closer to the battlefield before he had even decided it was on his agenda for the day. His body wanted to fight.

The Kingsnake that remained wrapped around his neck and laid out along his spine held on a little tighter as the wolf started to move quicker now that Dominus knew where he was going. It pressed against his skin in a futile attempt to calm him with the cool of its scales, sensing the restlessness within the teen. Dominus was anxious, even if he wasn't aware of it himself.. the snake always was.

Dominus appeared on the battlefield just in time to witness the other male pacing, his fur haphazardly scattered across his back in what he at first assumed was seasonal shed. It became clear to him only over time that this was evidence of previous battles, and that was enough to make Dominus swallow hard. Well, this was part of becoming a better fighter- pitting yourself against wolves of all kinds to better learn how to fare against them. That meant even crazies like this guy.

He nodded to the stranger and set his defenses, head lowering and his eyes narrowing with determination as he took in a breath and washed away all previous traces of anxiety. He loved that about fighting, it was so easy just to lose all focus on everything else and surrender it to the art of violence.

As his lungs exhaled, he took off.. talons ripping through the surface of the battlefield as the demon raced across it to close the distance. His jowls unhinged and were held slightly agape as he aimed for the stranger's face, hoping to Sten's right cheek and gain control over his opponent's bite. During whatever contact they made, the snake hoped to transfer hosts and find itself curling around the throat of the other wolf rather than Dominus'.

His jaws closed around the snake and he shook his head hoping to dislodge it and then flung the serpent at the ground. He turned his attention on the challenger with a ripping snarl and surged forward, his body lifting slightly hoping to clash against the challenger chest to chest and beat him back, his paw lifting to swipe at the challenger’s face while he squared his shoulders and braced his hips for the collision. The rain began to pour heavy on them, droplets hanging from clumps of fur as his teeth gnashed together, hoping to close around flesh and fur and rip away chucks of flesh. This was more than a simple fight, this was war, this was battle, this was a true fight and he intended to treat it every bit as such. The serpent had been unsuccessful on climbing the other titan wolf, but Dominus took the opportunity to use the distraction and managed to land his bite on the stranger's right lower portion of his cheek. He hadn't expected the other wolf to fight with such ferocity, but as he felt the sting of teeth invade the flesh of his shoulder he was painfully made aware. A growl ripped through him like thunder as the storm poured down on the fueding giants, his own teeth attempting to rip and pull at the other man's cheek in an attempt to get him to cease his assault on Dominus' flesh.

The snake came right back into the fray with intentions on wrapping around Stens' back limbs, trying it's best to quickly construct them together and cause him to lose his balance- and, if he did not step out of the snake's hold quick enough, the use of his back legs entirely until the snake was minded enough to have to let go of trying to tie them together.

His back paw lifted and came down on the snake’s body hoping to dislodge it while he shook his head, hoping to scare the other male into submission, a snarl ripping from his throat as he shook with all his might to tear away flesh and fur, whether he left slight bruising or managed to tear flesh away entirely depended on the male, whether or not he moved back or managed to break his grip, he squared his shoulders in preparation for another attack his hackles raising, his ears pinned and his eyes narrowed as the bloodlust of battle washed over him and threatened to pull him under.
