Drífa wasn't really quite sure what she was doing, she only knew that she needed to start somewhere. Transplanting her little garden in the gorge had worked well and she'd already learned several lessons from the little experiment. Now to figure out the greenhouse. That was going to be the trickiest thing she'd ever tried when it came to cultivating herbs but she'd found a special piece of thick, clear plastic from an old human dwelling. It looked like it would amplify the sun's rays well enough. She only had one piece so she needed to be strategic in how she used it. Drífa paused for a rest amongst the Sparse Pines, the morning sun beaming brightly down upon her. She had the strange piece of plastic laid out on a piece of deer hide which was strung out between two large sticks to form a travois. It made the task easier but even so she needed to pause now and then to rest. Halla settled down beside her. "I talk" | 'I think' |
