It had blown Azure's tiny puppy mind when his father had shown him how to catch rabbits with a trap, and he'd decided to perfect this method of kill as it suited his size and agility much better than actually running down a rabbit and chomping it until it died. However he knew his father gathered resources for the craft from the communal pack stores, and Az did not want to be caught draining them of vines and sticks and such so he decided to sneak out to gather his own. He crept very low through the grasses, working his way through to the weeping woods hopefully out of sight of his father's watchful companions. Once he'd reached the border he booked it as fast as he could, hiding underneath a large weeping tree with his eyes on the sky.

He saw no bird, so after a while he moved out from the cover. Azure's paws - more similar to that of a bear than a wolf - were placed upon a tree trunk, and he used their claws to try and hoist himself up slightly so he could grasp some low hanging vines to tear down. He knew he'd need quite a few vines to ensure the trap worked perfectly, and he intended to make a few changes from the baited trap his father had shown him so he gathered extra just in case.

Both of Azure's ears have notches and tears.
Az has a scar across his right eye, a mirror image of his natural born marking.
Azure has saber fangs, bone spurs on his elbows and knees, and the paws/forelimbs of a bear.
Not all of these features are always reflected in his art.

Azure's companions are a very big bat and a young clouded leopard, unless otherwise stated assume they're not with him.
