It was a few hours past sunset and, perhaps frustratingly, Percy wasn't exactly what you'd call "tired." In fact now that he thought about it, he'd been go-go-going all day long. Ever since that glorious party, he'd felt supercharged. Full of energy and excitement, eager to see what else he might be able to stumble upon here. He was honestly a little surprised that he wasn't glowing brighter than usual as a side effect. Kinda felt like that should be a thing, but alas. He was still outshining the fireflies winking around him though, so that could count for something. He followed the blinking insects through the forest, no path in mind. When one winked into existence he would alter his course ever so slightly, and again and again. He didn't know where it was taking him and he didn't much care. It was just something to do, occupying his overactive mind. Trying to, at least. It still took him a minute to get out of his own head long enough to realize the air had grown muggy, and had begun to smell of... something odd. Something like minerals, perhaps, like when a river bank collapses in a flood and wafts fumes of clay and debris up into the air. Fireflies forgotten, he followed his nose. Percy lit up seeing the hot springs before him. Not in the sense of illumination, he did that regardless, but certainly in posture. Oh, these lands were heavenly, weren't they? Did he die? He'd probably died and gone to heaven. Wanted something exciting to do, found a raging beach party. Wanted to relax, and now an actual hot spring. Go figure. Night traveled through the Springs with her natural cautious way,with ears pinned and tail tucked as she walked she was by no mean a brave wolf,she was in the other side of the wall.But dispute her posture, her eyes were cold and expressionless, something contrasting with her inner self,but well she didnt have an easy life before here, being someone else's source to entertainment. And now she bore the consequences within her actions and words sometimes. Under the mantle of the Night,the wolf with the same name walked within the springs,being careful not to step in the wrong place and end up boiled alive.No that didnt sound pretty and Night was done of feeling pain. And like that she went through the place hoping not to call unwanted attention. But unlucky the fog didnt help with knowing where she was going and there she ended up crashing against someone just like what happened some weeks ago. "Speech" | 'Thoughts'

Perseus was alerted to the stranger's arrival only moments before being crashed into. Had he really been that focused examining the spring to not hear her arrive? In his defense, the gurgling waters did make for a nice, soothing white noise. Luckily the other wolf was much smaller than him, so it wasn't enough to send him bodily into the only-maybe-boiling pool. Just a little stumble, so just one paw flung forward to catch himself. The smallest of splashes... All the same, he jerked it back out of the water on reflex, just in case. He might have also let out a reflexive, "Ack, shit!" too... Hard to say. Turns out, although the temperature was quite warm, it wasn't enough to scald. Just because he had four paws didn't mean he had one to spare. He was rather attached to them all. Haha, get it?
