here come the deer

He had been doing research (I.E, asking Io) what deers ate and how to attract them. He would also need to put out the word that the certain flock (do deers come in flocks?) of deer was completely off limits. But, for the moment, he believed he was ready. He had made a few different types of lures, one of corn, and the other of salt and minerals. He just needed to find a good place to hang them.

That part needed his roommate's opinion. So he went looking for her. He went passed his work-in-progress waterfall, scrunching up his nose at the creation. It wasn’t quite working yet, but he was sure he would get there.

He stuck his nose in the door of the den, angling his head up towards her room/ “Siren, you have a moment?”
