ASHEN REDUX
The sky was dark and clouds raged on the horizon. Waves smashed against the Ashen shore, white and foamy, almost drowning out the thunder. Both this day and storm had been a long time coming, gaining strength and intensity with each passing moment, but to some it would no doubt be an unwelcome surprise. After all, who wanted to lose their home? To be cast out from all they'd ever known? Idle comforts and unearned luxury. As far as Hattori was concerned the Kleins could only blame themselves, under their care Ashen was rotting from within, fetid and irrelevant, a feeble shadow of its former glory. Well no more.
The new Shogun stepped forward, his pelt soaked by the rain, as he glanced to the Empress who stood by his side. He tilted his head back and let out a howl, deep and resounding, a warning for all to hear.
The Ashen Redux started now.

So as you may have noticed Ashen has been going through a bit of a slump for quite some time so me and Kat have decided to shake things up with a snazzy Redux. Meaning that Ashen is more or less starting from scratch. In character, those who haven't been pulling their weight are to be removed, without exception. What this means in out of character speak is that if your character hasn't posted this month they're out. From here on out we're implementing a post check, of course we understand how busy IRL can be but we want Ashen to be an active and thriving pack, one post every two weeks/ two posts a month isn't too much to ask for. All that being said, if you have any concerns about your characters message me or Kat on discord, we'll happily talk it out and give your character a chance to earn back their place.
We haven't exactly worked out the details yet but we are thinking of offering prizes to those who post the most/gain the most skills in a season. Things like gems, accessories and companions and maybe even a grand prize of art!
In other news! Ashen's ranks are being reshuffled and renamed, it's still a WIP but keep an eye out and let us know if a rank catches your eye! Or even better, if you have any suggestions!
And perhaps most importantly Ashen is also looking for new blood to fill the empty ranks! Either post on this thread or DM me if you're interested in throwing in a new or existing character, I'm really looking forward to out with the old and in with the new!
