His vision was quickly returning, and it had started with the ability to see shapes and shadows as soon as the weather turned into the colder time of year. Giving himself a few days to make sure it was actually happening, he didn't allow himself to get his hopes up. Any amount of change was progress though, and even though his eye sight had completely returned, he would've been happy even with the smallest amount of progress towards seeing again. He couldn't wait to share the news with Deathbelle, though. If today went as planned, she would find out sooner rather than later. He intended on taking her on a little trip, maybe down south to avoid the harsh weather of winter and enjoy whatever warmth the land had to offer. If they couldn't find any, they'd happily make their own.

Without the aid of his companions for the first time in an entire season, Magnus trekked across the plains in search of Sirius. The news would no doubt bring the Warlord some amount of relief, knowing the affliction wasn't permanent and the Reaper would soon be back to his old self. His only real concern would be if Sirius would let him take some sort of a break, a small vacation to celebrate his returned sight and spend the early days of winter with his beloved.
