Avantika was doing laps around the castle. Loping at a steady pace, sprinting when she could. The exertion calmed her. When she was exhausted, it forced her brain to stop whirring away at its usual frantic pace. She was nowhere close to being exhausted now, so she kept going. She'd done this for a couple of days now, ever since Artorias had nearly crashed into her running on his own.

Kaata was flying beside her, following just behind. She was determined enough, although it might just be stubbornness, not wanting to stop before she did. While Avantika didn't know that that was the hawk's motivation, there was enough of a chance that she didn't want to stop before she did. And so they continued, racing against each other and their own fatigue, not saying a word.
