The air was crisp, cold despite the welcome of spring. Adelphie counted down the days till each day provided an embrace of warmth. The sun was beginning to set and the day seemed to 'slow'. Their was less activity in the lands as others began to relax, though recently Adelphie was always alert, always walking and trying to keep busy so her mind didn't grow bored. How she missed travelling wherever she pleased from time to time, though th security of a pack was more than a blessing. She would watch the lush green grass sway from side to side and the winds passed by and her long limbs would carry her up a large hill. Her muscles were tired and as she got to the peak of the hill, her gaze would wonder as far as it could go looking across the lands. A sigh would slip her lips as silence engulfed her. She found it unlikely anyone would startle her up here "text text text" |
