They value skills, knowledge, and the ability to teach others such things.

This does not have to be the offspring of the said king - this is simply a young wolf up to the age of 3 who is eager to learn and serve their pack. Pack Rules, Culture, & History
— 01. The King's word is law, the only time it may be questioned is if the higher ups unanimously vote on such a thing to prevent tyranny. Rules are flexible and rules can be taken down or added at the King's own blessing, to protect and promote their culture above all.
— 02. Blood doesn't make a difference in the pack, wolves are expected to hold their own and even act as a family unit regardless of sire and dame relations. Hard work and diplomacy are highly rewarded among the pack.
— 03. On the subject matter of Tresspassers wolves crossing the borders are to be brought down immidiately. There will be no questions asked first on the matter of our borders youth and sick inside will be at risk therefore the scent markers are there for a reason. Tresspassers after being subdued will be claimed as prisoners until further notice of the king. If tresspasser is violent, maims are permitted.
— 04. Those who are at our borders WITHOUT crossing scent markers are to be treated with respect. Prospective members are to be greated promptly and visitors depending on their reason are to be dealt with on a case by case scenario. Remember, charisma gets a wolf farther then possible fear.
— 05. Mates outside of the borders are HIGHLY discouraged as the matter of pups gets complicated. If a member of the pack is found taken a mate as a loner then the loner will be extended an offer to join the pack. If part of another pack the king will give the option to join one pack or the other.
— 06. The resulting pups of a secret relationship are not to be punished. Depending on the pack of the mother the current king encourages the pups to stay with the mother. Blood over pups isn't worth being spilled over the mistake of unplanning parents.
— 07. Be proud of the pack you are in. Loyalty is highly encouraged as is dignity. You are representing the pack outside of the borders if you start beef with another pack the pack is not responsible and will not back you up. Yet idea's of raids is encouraged if neccesary.
— 08. If you are expecting pups notify the king! Before rather than after is better but the pack will always welcome new life and provide as needed. Expectant birthers are placed under the commoner rank and are to be treated kindly.

And that's the idea! I'm posting for an interest check and if anyone would like to thread with Pheonix to see how it is. This pack is meant to be community oreintated there will be a lot of events and plenty of things for the members with in to do. It's suggested that if you're looking for a pack that will be filled with skill claiming to come our way. The pack will be offering to train other wolves from other packs if needed(Pups included) for skill claim threads as a way of gaining respect.
Any suggestions will be welcome and I'm excited to see how it goes. If you even want to make a wolf for it go ahead, but this will be about four months or five coming depending on it. So in the meantime you can plot and help pheonix get his word, followers, and gem count.
