Spark of the Ademre Well, round one had been... disappointing... She hadn't even gotten a chance to actually fight her previous opponent, the girl having turned tail and sulked away. So she at the very least hoped she would at least get to try her skills with the next round, aware that everyone else had already won their way through... it left her somewhat frustrated, though as always no sign of her feelings even remotely on her face, just in the signing of her forepaws, a language only she seemed to recognize among these barbarians... Spark couldn't help but wish her uncle would show his face and offer her some much-needed respite. Still, she wasn't going to run from a fight either and she would move off to a clear enough space for them to tussle, turning to observe her opponent with no discernable emotion on her face, her paws signing out: "polite proposition" no doubt signs lost on him too. "I hope we have a good fight." Then when she spoke again her paws clarified: "Playful." "Hopefully we have a fight." Sorcerer was surprised, clueless as he actually won his fight. Against his poor thoughts on himself, he actually won and now he felt a small but tactile sense of being capable of doing more than he thought he could do. He of course didn't feel like a champion but what he felt was enough to build on him more confidence but for how long would it last? No one could know but as he advanced to his next encounter he tried to be more positive. Even if it could be short-lived. Then he stood before the female who carried a coat he saw pretty. Her patterns were unique and he felt impressed but he didn't understand that yet, but for now, it was time to fight. And quickly he decided not to let her wait too much. Just like in the last fight, he didnt know how to start. He would do as his insticts told him and with that he attempted to go to her left and try to bite on Spark's scruff. Spark of the Ademre It struck Spark that these barbarians really had no manners, no attempt to even return her pleasantry, just charging forwards. The girl quickly signed out annoyance and then set her paws, resigning herself to a form of mutism so that she wasn't about to be knocked off her paws. The boy would slide up beside her, his neck craning for her scruff. Spark would shift her weight, tipping her left shoulder down towards him, his jaws landing on the apex of her right shoulder blade instead as a result. Attempting to use her current momentum she would try to slam her left shoulder into the boy's chest, throwing her weight at him, hoping to knock him off balance or even just force him to retreat a little. For the male pup, making someone wait too much was rude, unpolite and responding to Spark's speech seemed like the extra time he could use so don't waste the female's time. His jaws were ready to grab anything from the place he targeted, but as he did, Spark moved so instead of the neck, the shoulder blade was the part his jaws managed to land on. It wasn't what he planned but that was still something and there he tried to get a firm bite there. But before he could adjust his jaws better, the smaller pup slammed her shoulder against his chest, he soon felt that zone sore and he almost let her go, but not wishing to give up the now aimed to slam his chest against her shoulder as hard as he could while he opened his jaws to once again aiming to bite on the top of her neck. Spark of the Ademre Spark felt the teeth digging into her shoulder but her other blade having slammed into his chest, and his grip wavered for a moment. A sense of satisfaction flowing through her though her face remained as impassive as always even if her paws tapped out a quick little smile that no one but her understood. Spark grunted lightly as the boy readjusted and slammed his chest into her shoulder and his jaws opened. In those short moments, Spark was left to question the boy's sanity that he would so blatantly go for another attempted grab when she's already managed to outmaneuver his first attempt, sanity, and repeated actions and all that. Spark ducked, feeling the slight sting of his teeth snag on the fur along the base of her neck. She dropped quickly and then attempted to shift her momentum, tucking her head and then as she rose up, flicking it up and back to try and slam the crown of her skull into his lower jaw, hoping to punish the boy just for his own predictability. In pain but standing he had won his second match and yet he didnt want to be rude with his last contender. "Thank you for the fight! I hope we can meet later on. With that and with some pain he rested ready to go onto his next fight,wondering his his mother was watching him, watching him do something he had never though he was capable off and like that he gave a last nod to Spark before leaving to his next fight.
