Next to Chimera in their now shared den, she slept incredibly peacefully. She didn't have any kind of sleeping ailment, but this felt different. With her back against him she felt warmer, physically sure but it was deeper than that. This wasn't the first time they had slept together, but now that she asked and received, it felt like a whole new feeling. Something she had never been introduced to before. It was better than anything she had felt in her life, she was never grateful in her young days when she was once part of a family.

She typically didn't remember her dreams, they were never important or worthy enough to note. But she felt instantly different when the strange surroundings of the dream overtook her. She turned really on edge when the too-familiar woman appeared, and she lashed out to attack her only to move right through her body. She didn't understand, this wasn't normal, even for a dream.

She hadn't thought of Aranea in ages, not since they crossed paths before she joined Ashen. And before that she pretended she never had parents, she did that now too. But as Aranea spoke, she was forced to listen. And her mind turned with what she could even say to her, if anything at all.

Aranea was usually lost in this afterlife, like she didn't exist. Time passed like nothing, only met with the vision of plains or sometimes the wolves that she once knew. But most of the time there was nothing but darkness, an eternal sleep she had wished for most of her life.

The vision of the plains came to her, so she started walking, soon looking forward to see the first of her children, the lost of her children. She recognized her immediately, and silent tears fell from her eyes as she approached and looked into her. Nuada was different than the rest of them, she did have some kind of better attachment than Allegro's kids. She honestly couldn't put a note as to why, or maybe she just didn't want to find the answer.

"Nuada," She was nearly breathless as she spoke her name, and only to be met with aggression. She never knew why Nuada hated her so much, it hurt her more than anyone could imagine. Her body turned to face her as she had fell through her ghostly body. "I'm sorry." Nuada was faced away from her, unable to piece together what was going on maybe. She was sorry for so many things, too many things. Too many that she couldn't even name one out loud. Nuada never deserved any of this.

Consolidated, she spoke out again, "I have passed. You don't need to think of me anymore." She still couldn't see her daughter's face, she wondered what she thought, what was going through her head. "You have siblings in Abaven, I just thought you should know." She didn't look willing to listen to her, still lost in her own mind. "I've heard from someone that Tyranis had other kids too. I don't know anything about them. Only the family name of Praetor."

She sighed, was she speaking for nothing? Nuada wasn't reacting to anything. Happy, sad, angry. She didn't know what else she could do for her. Nuada hadn't wanted her in the real life, and now she didn't want her in the afterlife. Her actions spoke much louder than words.

"Aranea"

Aranea has a british accent. Threads can produce a Depression Trigger.

She grit her teeth as Aranea kept speaking, she wanted to reach out again, to hurt her, but it seemed impossible here. She didn't know if fighting a being that wasn't real would even get out the way she was feeling. She always solved her problems with aggression. But it wouldn't work if she couldn't physically hurt someone.

Aranea mentioned siblings, Viper didn't care at all. Or maybe a small part of her did. The time she spent with Chimera, the ways she was actual feeling some kind of emotion, maybe it was slowly altering her mind. Suddenly she wasn't so alone in the world. Chimera may have not always treated her with respect, but he was the only part of her life now. She couldn't really understand the logistics of a relationship and he couldn't either. But she was completely okay with that. What they were doing felt entirely natural to her. Asking for a den with him, the sex, the fighting. Everything felt like it was meant to be this way. She couldn't say any of that to this woman.

She finally turned to Aranea, moments passed before she could even muster to look at her or think of anything to say. "It's Viper now." Her voice was harsh, but not entirely violent. She was hoping the dream would end, but it wasn't letting go of her yet. And she figured she needed to use what time she had with words. Her voice physically was abused, unused. She hated hearing words when she spoke. She wished she never had to speak again. Chimera wanted her to do better, he was helping her, she was only doing it for him. But she hated her voice. "You... did not want me." her expression was still full of anger, frustration. But she had calmed some. Viper had never shed a tear in her life, and she wouldn't now.
